Jenelle’s attorney tells HollywoodLife.com all the details on her courtroom victory today, March 19 — but her courtroom battles aren’t over yet!
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans went to court again this morning (March 19) to face charges filed by her ex-roommate Hannah Inman, and Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that the charges were dropped. “We knew that the charges were absurd, so we’re happy to see them dismissed,” he says.
Jenelle had three charges dismissed:
- Communicating Threats
- Harassing Phone Calls
- Domestic Violence Protection Order Violation
“COURT IS OVER WITH CHARGES WERE DROPPED WITH THE HANNAH CASE :)” an excited Jenelle tweeted. “She dropped them.”
The drama between the former roommates has been ongoing since December. After Jenelle kicked Hannah out of her house for allegedly using her for “money, fame, ciggs, food and a cell phone,” Hannah and Jenelle’s former boss James Duffy retaliated with death threats and posting racy girl-on-girl pics of Jenelle online. When the pair found out Jenelle was seeking legal action, they filed their own charges.
Jenelle faces court again on Friday, March 23 for cyberstalking charges from her ex boss James Duffy. Let’s hope she’s just as lucky!
