Glamourous JLO looks like she has it all, but she admits she feels guilty about being a working mom!
Looking better than ever at 42 years old, Jennifer Lopez appears on the cover of Vogue‘s April ‘Shape’ issue and opens up about raising 4-year-old twins Max and Emme. “They do something to you where you want to do everything right for them,” she says. “And obviously no parent does everything right.
“It’s this weird thing that happens where you are striving to be as good as you can be so that they turn out well,” she continues. “And that requires that you be a really great, evolved, aware person in every moment. Which is pretty awesome. But it’s also putting tremendous pressure on yourself—which is why women feel so guilty!”
Jennifer’s manager, Benny Medina, sees how hard she works to balance her career and raising two babies. ”They are the most traveled two babies besides the Jolie-Pitt children,” Benny explains. “She got very used to just scooping those kids up and going, whether it was European fashion shows, music-video sets, film locations, American Idol judging. She likes to work. The Jennifer DNA is based on work.”
She’s a tough girl at work, but Jennifer says her kids see a softer side. ”I am a lover, and with my kids I am even softer,” she says. “I realize with my son, I have to sometimes be tough, especially now when he’s pushing boundaries.”
“With my daughter, I can get a little stern with her and she pretty much will listen,” she adds. “But my son will just scream and yell and run. I’m like, what do I do with this?!”
As for her ex husband Marc Anthony, she says they’re trying to stay on good terms. ”We’re still friends—and we’re parents,” she explains. “But it’s going to take time. It’s tough. But for the most part, I feel very proud of the way we’re handling it. I really do. We are doing the best we can for the kids.”

She is the one left Marc and caused all these unrest for her children. Now, she tries to patch up as if we would believe in her.
It is ashamed to destroy the family just for her own selfish reason. Marc Anthony is a very nice man with many talents and interests. Of course, she wanted 100 % her way. No man would put up with her if they are professional. Only Casper is cooping for the money.
If it is not her way, she goes to next man.
