Cissy Houston Can’t Kick Nicholas Gordon Out Of Bobbi Kristina’s House

Whitney’s mother Cissy may think Bobbi Kristina’s relationship with Nicholas is ‘incestuous,’ but she has no legal right to kick him out.

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s romantic relationship with her “adopted brother” Nicholas Gordon has definitely raised headlines in the media, but it is the 19-year-old’s grandmother Cissy who has been the most vocal about her disapproval. “What they’re doing is incestuous,” a friend of Whitney Houston‘s elderly mother tells TMZ. Cissy has expressed her outrage of the relationship before, but now that reports have surfaced about the couple’s secret engagement, she’s taking it one step further by trying to evict Nick, 22, from Whitney’s $1.2 million dollar Atlanta townhouse he’s currently sharing with Bobbi Kristina. That would be no easy feat, according to comments from multiple lawyers.

“Cissy Houston, as an executor of the Whitney Houston estate, can file an application with the probate court to request that Nick Gordon be removed from the home,” Vikki Ziegler, celebrity attorney, exclusively tells HollywoodLife.com. “However, there must be a legitimate legal basis due to the fact that Bobby Kristina will inherit the home and its contents. The legal basis must be strong and damaging, otherwise it may likely not be a winnable argument.”

“As Bobbi Kristina has rightful possession to live at the home, as long as she wants Nick there, Cissy is out of luck,” echos NYC attorney Danielle Petitti.

I see the grandmothers point! But Bobbi IS an adult Whitney wanted him to live there and I’m sure she knew about the relationship! I also see the Houston’s point about him taking advantage OF BK BUT CISSY IS INCHARGE OF THE ESTATE SHE SHOULD MAKE SURE HE CAN’T GET AHOLD OF BOBBIS MONEY OR ANYTHING ELSE! Bobbi- This is definitely NOT the way to “carry on” a legacy as you put it! This is NOT how your caring mother wld have liked to see. (At least u cld have done it inside the house where no one is watching unless u are inviting attn). I mean, it’s ONLY been 1 month and u are out there kissin and flirtin with ur “brother” out in the public wearing shameful outfit!!!!!
You can live ur own life. You are Whitney Houston’s biological daughter for sure but you cannot claim to carry on her legacy like this. This is disspeakable. Don’t use ur mom’s name for bad cause. She has already been through a lot in her life and she needs to RIP now. She loved you very much and she was trying to win ur spoiled behaviour (as you were “daddy’s girl”) by giving out her unconditional love towards you hoping someday you’d understand as you get older. YES, well said. I agree with many comments, this is very suspicious for many reasons. For starters I think Whitney knew & 100% did not approve. Her family that does approve are all insane/enablers. Does the daughter, Nick, Patricia, Clive, the drug supplier, Gary etc. etc. Of course they do, they were all with her same hotel, same floor. So much more, even Oprah interview was weird. Guess what? It’s on Extra that Bobbi Krissy once again almost did not make interview. Bobbi-Krissy tried to stab Whitney when she was 14yrs old. STOP putting blame on Bobby all U Damn Houston’s. You know he is not legally her brother. He is not even her adopted brother. Whitney Houston never legally adopted him. He had a bad homelife with his family and she took him in. Whitney stated she loved him like a adopted son. Bobbi Kristina and Nick are not brother and sister. Get your facts right, its not nice to spread rumors, her mother just died. Look it up.

I think cissy should stay out of bobbi k. Brown personal relationships unless it becomes toxic to her granddaughter, right now let bobbi k. Make her own mistakes untill it by all means nesscesary for family to intervene, bobbi k. Is ypung but vunerable, she’ll grow intrested in someone eles soon and so will nickolas, give bobbi k. Room to fall right now, than open yer arms to be there when she realizes she was wrong!….so cissy just stay close to her,don’t push her into his arms!

This is Cissy’s worst nightmare happening again….It happened with Bobby & Whitney and now Krissy? Sometimes you cant look when your child self destructs cause the repercussions are irreversal. You just know when your child is falling for the wrong person. Remember, there is drugs and lots of money involved here. We dont want another Whitney ending and its a slippery slope with Bobbi Kristina right now. Makes you wonder if Whitney Knew about the affair and if she approved? Drugs are Whack. I wonder if there is hope for Bobbi Kristina? How do you discipline a teenage millionare who has been exposed to drug abuse by both parents and now herand maybe nick gordon too? Cissy must fill her medicine cabinet with blood pressure medication and Xenax. She might just as well get high herself:)
