HollywoodLife.com consulted with an expert who explains why Courtney Robertson must change her cruel ways with other women if she wants to be accepted into her fiance’s home!

Courtney Robertson was a nightmare toward the other 24 women last season on The Bachelor. Not one girl actually felt like she was a close friend to the 28-year-old model, who ended up winning Ben Flajnik‘s heart. However, even though Ben has since forgiven Courtney for her awful behavior, she’s still endanger of isolating his mom and sister with her mean attitude toward other females, co-author of New York Times bestseller, Taming Your Alpha Bitch — How to be Fierce and Feminine (and Get Everything You Want!), Rebecca Grado says.

“If Courtney is being truly sincere in wanting to change, she will need to take a good look at the way she deals with other women,” Rebecca tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “My co-author and I wrote, Taming Your Alpha Bitch, because it’s time that women see the negative outcome of their ‘bitchy’ behaviors.”

She goes on to explain, “Competition is just one of the four ways women sabotage their success, both personally and professionally. In order to hang on to Ben, and ultimately have a fulfilling relationship with him, Courtney will have to ‘tame her Alpha Bitch ways’ because Ben has made it it crystal clear– she must get along with the women in his family.”

Courtney may mean well by saying she wants to change, but she’s going to have to do more work — like see a therapist — in order to change her behavior.

“Without digging deep and finding the root of her oh-so competitive ways (fear and insecurities), Courtney will continue to create turmoil and animosity with the other women in Ben’s life — his mom, sister, work associates, and friends,” Rebecca says. “The need to be ‘the only one’ is powerful and is sure to show up time and again until she she recognizes the competitive streak within her, understands why she’s acting in this way, and chooses a more empowered path — one where she supports and cooperates with others.”

That said, we don’t even know for sure if Courtney is in love with Ben anymore. After all, her body language suggested anything but on the After the Rose special last night.

Do YOU think Courtney and Ben will actually last?
