Liam says just because he’s dating one of the most famous teens in the world doesn’t mean he’ll get a staring role in a huge flick!
Liam Hemsworth isn’t dating Miley Cyrus for her fame. The 19-year-old actress reportedly gives Liam plenty of acting advice, but he tells Flaunt Magazine that it doesn’t help him land roles.
“It’s definitely nice to have people around me like [my brother] and my girlfriend, who have experienced it before,” he says. “To ask them questions, it definitely makes it easier in that sense. It doesn’t make it any easier getting roles. It’s just me in the room when I’m meeting directors and reading with directors.”
Liam, 22, and Miley met on the set of The Last Song in 2010 and have been dating ever since. Now Liam is starring as Gale Hawthorne in The Hunger Games — and you better believe he got that gig on his own!
