In a new interview, Robert Pattinson explains why he works so much without taking a break…and why he hopes it continues that way for a long time!
Since booking Twilight four years ago, Robert Pattinson has been working non-stop. The 25-year-old actor never seems to take a break from his craft, continuously filming movie after movie. However, it turns out that’s the way he likes it — keeping busy is how he manages his incredible level of fame.
“I just try to keep working,” he recently told Film3Sixty. “I remember ten years ago Leonardo DiCaprio saying he liked to be able to take a break from everything, but I don’t think he can do that anymore. I think you both need to capitalize and steer your career at the same time, especially with a thing like Twilight, where it is literally such a huge thing that has blown up. It’s like a whole system, a whole universe.”
We can only imagine Rob’s passing this advice onto his girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, who has also not stopped working since Twilight began in 2008.
“It opens doors and it closes others like anything does,” Rob said, talking about the series that made him a mega-star. “You can say, ‘oh if I was still unknown, then no one would judge me,’ but at the same time, nobody would give a s*** either. It’s a weird little balance.”
Rob is smart to not take his momentum for granted and to keep working while he can.
One thing is for sure — we don’t mind if Rob and K-Stew stay busy! We love seeing them on the big screen. Plus, they seem to manage their career schedules really well, taking off a month or two

for one,rob said this about himsef only.he never mentioned kristen,you did HL.just like you always do.just a few days ago you had an artice saying that they were both taking an extended period of time off.make pp your minds!!
and i suggest you get some better ‘sources’ and/or ‘close
friends’ because the ones you have obviously don’t know anything and are just making up stories.
every so called close friend/source/fellow actor,ar just people that donot know much of anything.and all the people
thatare the real close friends would never talk to a ragmag gossip site.
personally i don’t think they are a couple,just good friends who lean on each other for support.
and plz. people,stop comparing yours or your parents/family members relationship/marriages to rob and kristen.that’s
like comparing apples to oranges!!and for gods sake stop

and enough wih the ‘robsten’ moniker.they are 2 seperate people!! robert and kristen.and leave the fairytale/true love/soulmate stuff to the movie screen!!
it should really tell you all somethingwhen the so called
fans are more invested in this ‘relationship’ then rob and kristen are.
just stop for a minute and just look at all the pics of these 2 standing together.they look miserable/unhappy.
and yes,i think that lionsgate would do anything to keep
their cash cow going.and what gets more attention:rob and kristen or the twi movies??
