Is Kris Humphries Demanding Kim Kardashian Pay Him $7 Million?

HollywoodLife.com can tell you exclusively Kris Humphries is NOT trying to get $7 million from Kim Kardashian in order to walk away from their marriage!

The battle between Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian just keeps getting uglier and uglier, but is it Kris’s doing — which some reports would have you believe?

TMZ reported today the 27-year-old basketball pro is supposedly secretly demanding $7 million from Kim, 31, in order to “walk away from their marriage,” but HollywoodLife.com was assured by a source close to the Humphries family that this was not the case in the slightest.

“That story is a complete lie,” they told us.

However, if Kris and Kim can’t get this divorce settled outside of the courtroom, they might face having their divorce proceedings televised, which would be a nightmare for both parties.

As we told you yesterday, Kris is currently getting a new lawyer and ultimately just wants his name cleared. “He’s simply in the process of changing his L.A.-based attorney,” our source said. “And, his Minnesota-based lawyer, Lee Hutton, will still be the lead attorney anyway in court.”

Of course Bonnie Fuller is going to say it was a lie. Whe has always been biased towards Kim since day one. In fact she is so biased towards Kim that she would either accuse TMZ of falsifying info about that joint bank acct or accuse the sources of lying about dumbhump having axcess to it. BS: TMZ is a hardly a credible source as they reported that Kris was representing himself which was false. TMZ is twisting words to suit themselves and the KKlan. They said sources close to Kris agree that he made money off the wedding etc.. but it is in a joint account that he has not attempted to withdraw. That is the only part that Kris so-called sources are agreeing to. The rest of story implies that Kris does not care about the money he just want the marriage annulled. TMZ continually post these fake or twisted stories that try to slander Kris Humphries. Give it time, the true will eventually come out.

Why does Dumbhump want to go to court to get his name cleared? No matter what happens ppl will still judge Kim. Kris was more interested n marrying Kim for money and publicity. Just like when he asked Khloe about hwr marriage. He was digging for information so he could get away with a marriage that wasnt real. Now hes accusing Kim of it. He can openly admit that be has lied about eveerything and ppl will atill think hes a saint. If hes demanding that Kim return the gift then he needs to do tbe same regardless of wbat they are. So because you think Kris is dumb it is ok to use and abuse him. Kris doesn’t need to marry for money because he has his own money from playing basket ball in the NBA over 7 years. You could see from the shows that he was not into the cameras, as he prefers to live in Minnesota away from the cameras and wanted Kim to go with him. Kris gives back to his community through his foundation and many other charity events he support over the years. He said he not interested in the money he just wants an annulment. I strongly suspect it is the Kardashians who are trying to bribe Kris to walk away but he is not interested in their money so they sell these fictitous stories to TMZ. WHat about the pain and suffering that Kim put Kris through?Having cameras at wedding, honeymoon. AFter the honeymoon he has to live with her sister, scott and baby and have a camera follow his around while they all act like idiots with naked yoga guy and all. He said he did not want to get caught up with all they were doing in New York as he had to train for the new basketball season but Kim did not respect that. She put him through hell, nagging him, leaving him to go all over the place, disrepecting his sister, divorcing him without telling him and the list goes on. The guy is now booed at basketball games and name mosted hated player. He was doing very well last season and because of this fiasco he almost did not get a contract to play basketball and have to suck up a one-year contract when he could have gotten a longer contract for much more money. The money they made in the 72 days together wasnt anywhere near 7 million. So why sbould she have to give him that much. The prenup indicated that she wouldnt have to give him anything. As far as the noint bank account, if it really does exist, why didnt kriis say anything about it from the beginning? He comes up with one thing after another to try and make itt look like it was Kims fault. Hes not a saint like he wqnts everyone to think he is.

Why don’t you wait until the divorce is over before jumping to conclusions about Kim and Kris? Kris is responding to allegations made on TMZ that he took of with “1 million dollars like a bandit”…If what he is saying about the joint account is true that can easily be proven true or false by pulling the bank statements. No one knows the real story. But Kris story has remained consistent while the Kardashians keep changing, first Kim and Kris J said they made no money off the wedding, yet they are saying that Kris made money and took off with it like a bandit. That’s confusing how could Kris make money and not Kim? Then there is the ring, first they say it valued 2mill, then Kris J said it is worth less than half of 2 mill. Now they are saying that Kim had to pay 1 mill from the wedding money for the ring. No one really knows the real story but I don’t trust anything Kardashian.

Strange how TMZ is the “source” of so much information.
The truth of this entire debacle should be revealed, with sworn testimony, in court. That is, unless the lying K-Trash would rather perjure itself and continue to lie as it has from the beginning.

Kris Humphries will win. In any event, he has maintained his dignity and done everything possible to distance himself from the stench of the nastiest excuse for a female on the face of the earth.

This story is not false cuz kris’s ppl said he has no problem with the story and his rep had no comment if it was false they would deny it. Now his ppl are saying kim has his money even though its a joint account and he has never tried to withdraw from the account. If he truly wants an annulement he wouldnt be asking for money in order to sign DIVORCE papers! Just sign the papers kris and be free!

Is this Khloe again, Kris must have really rubbed you the wrong way by keeping it real….He is entitled to half of the money in the joint account because without him the wedding would have been possible. I am thinking that money was suppose to be used for their future as a married couple. I’d be interested what does Chris need cleared? He was there, he asked HER to marry HIM. He participated on the shows, signed the pre-nup willingly. He also threw her around on ways that would scare me if it was my daughter. He and she jumped into a marriage hastily and it didn’t turn out. Not the only ones to do that! Sinead O’Connor, Brandi Glanville and many others. In this time of people making any crude or hurtful comment, could we just stop giving these people attention and maybe they’ll go away?

The only way the truth will come out is if this goes to court. If it does go to court I think Kris has an excellent chance of showing he was used as a pawn and winning this case to for an annulment.
