Rihanna was so moved by the viral YouTube video exposing the evil Ugandan warlord that she’s going to take action in the hopes of ousting him from power.
Rihanna, 24, is one celeb who plans on keeping the anti-Kony momentum going by getting involved with the Invisible Children org, which pleaded with celebs — including RiRi — to help raise awareness, TMZ reports.
Joseph Kony is a guerrilla war leader who runs a child army and child prostitution ring in Uganda. He suddenly exploded into the conscience of mainstream America this week via Twitter and Facebook, thanks to Invisible Children’s YouTube video, which has been viewed over 32 million times.
After Rihanna saw the video, she immediately set up a meeting with the organization to produce another video with her as a spokesperson to keep the fight alive.
