Robert Pattinson's Secret Calls With Katy Perry — New Report

Englishmen just can’t seem to get enough of Katy Perry!

Apparently Robert Pattinson, 25, has been calling and texting Katy, 27, everyday since her devastating divorce from Russell Brand last December. But he’s not trying swoop in and be her new man — he’s just being a good friend and making sure she’s not letting her broken heart get the best of her, a source tells US Weekly.

“He’s just checking in on her,” a source tells the mag. “It’s not romantic at all. They’re friends.”

But Perry’s other friends say Rob needs to take a chill pill because the “California Girls” singer is doing just fine.

“Katy is doing amazing,” the source says. “She is over Russell and feels like she’s been set free. Her hair may be blue, but she isn’t.”

If Kristen was concerned about Rob’s relationship with Katy then why would she have been out with him “filming” the new Katy Perry movie and enjoyng herself/laughing on March 27 as this site reported? Pics too… Get over yourselves. Like Robsten cares what u think of their relationship or who their friends with. I’m sure they are perfectly nice people but why does everyone make them into saints or demons? They actors for goodness sake. They are just trying to live their lives/enjoy themselves. Why are people so invested in their personal lives when they don’t even talk about it? Weird.

As for Katy I hope she really is ok. it is suspect but not for us to say if she’s “using” her friends. She wouldn’t be the first -people would say it even if it weren’t true. Guess it’d be hard to really know who your friends are in that situation.

From what I have been reading Katiy has a drug problem. Rob is concerned because him and Kristen are friends with Katy. She has been going nuts on Twitter. She is hanging around with the wrong crowd the press had a field day on Rob’s expense.

I think there’s some truth to this story otherwise the paps
would not have been hounding robert with questions about
it.
somehow someone got info on his phone messages and texts.
I feel bad for kristen.
if this is true she really needs to move on. I hope she thinks with her head and not with her heart cause this guy is going to continually bring her down.

Relationship 101- A man in a ‘committed relationship” does not e-mail or text newly divorced female friends…It can serve no purpose but to throw his current relationship into turmoil. If he wanted to know how Katy was doing, then they should have called her as a couple. What was it last time? He was photographed crawling into a backseat with a pretty blonde actress? No woman wants to have to justify behavior like this to her friends and family. His behavior makes Kristen look like a doormat…I can’t imagine her putting up with this for very much longer.

I think its very sad when peple do not realize that being a friend has nothing to do with being a female or male. Its about caring for others and their well being. Rob was being a true friend by checking on her doing her time of trouble; that what friendship is all about.

Whoever “leaked” this information out, obviously among Ms. Perry’s entourage, or maybe even Perry herself because it sounds like an immature gimmick to draw attention and Rob would never want that. What a slap across the face for trying to be a nice guy. I’m sure he and Kristen are sick about this totally ludicrous vicious rumor suggesting Rob may be cheating and questioning his actions…I hope he now realizes that she isn’t worthy of his friendship. Kristen and Rob will get through this fine. I can’t even imagine what it must be like living your lives under a microscope…just hang on tight to each other. This is nothing…but a payday for some papz…

After seeing the airport pictures today, maybe she isn’t happy about him doing this. They look so miserable together. Why don’t they touch or ever look happy together anymore? He is gorgeous and so is she. I think if anyone wants out it is him. I think he would like to try out his new found fame and date other women. I hope Kristen doesn’t get hurt she seems to care about him so much, but not so him about her. He will probably leave after Breaking Dawn Part 2.

How dare you decide what he should do! You don’t know if this is true! I have noticed that every time they come on in pictures showing how happy they are the tabloids always comes out with crap about them. I don’t believe it! Rob would not do this to Kristen I think he would be honest with her before doing such a cold hearted betrayal. If he did do this they are going to lash a hate wave against him and Katy. She is a loosy goosy and she would not last with Rob. Rob is not her type.

i really feel pity for robert and kristen. it seems like everyday they were on the tabloid or gossip sites. and i noticed that whenever they were on the ‘gossip world’ , they were being judged easily based on what is written about them..

please HW or any other sites or forms of media,.. please leave them alone.. they deserve to have a private life.. robsten were being followed by paparazzi’s all the time. every action they made becomes an article the next.. i couldnt blame them if they were really not affectionate in public. trust me, i think they want also to show to others how much they care for others but because of too much obsession of the media to them, they just preferred to keep it low..

they were just humans who wants to live not a normal life since they are big stars but a peaceful life..

Poor haters still can’t deal with Rob and Kristen living it up and loving each other up in Paris. Haters you did see who Rob went home with?? Kristen. I would imagine if he was calling Katy and so worried he would have been seen with her in Paris. Was he? NOPE!

Who’s this “source” who blabbed to US Weekly about these supposed phone calls? Only someone really close to Perry would know something like that and I doubt one of her friends would blab about it. This story sounds fake to me even though Rob is friends with Perry’s bestie Shannon Woodward who used to date Rob’s friend Andrew Garfield.

I call bs. Rob may have called once after her breakup to offer friendly condolences but I doubt he’s calling her every single day because he’s worried to death about her! lmao

Many times gossip mags don’t have any “source”,they just take an event or a situation and write their own fabricated story/report on it,then it gets picked by other smaller gossip mags or sites and it becomes a rumour.

Age ain’t nothing but a number for these loved-up A-Listers. My BF and I both think so! He is almost 10 years older than I .We met via~~–Ａgelessmeet .ＣOM~~ a nice place for younger women and oldermen, or older women and younger men, to interact with each other! as fans we like rob ,and for some fans to the point of irrationality.i like his work but,personally i do not know anything about him .fans are making his relationship with kristen,what we want it to be and not probably what they want it to be .i have this feeling that though rob may love kristen ,but they are both so young,and may love to experiment more before they finally decide what or who they really want to settle with or not.some young people are like that and some not.i have some reservation for any man that will behave this way no matter what kind of good he is trying to do,unless if kristen knows about this—i mean if this story is true.it does not show respect for kristen and i get offended when a woman is handled this way because am a woman.is like he aready had a crush on this woman —listening to her music,wishing he features in a movie with her.it is not a good sign if this story is true.it is unthinkable—– but hope he is not holding on till the last twilight.whatever they wish to do ,let them do it with respect for each other.it is their life afterall.

I knew it had to be something along these lines. I’ve seen the way him and Kristen look at each other, and no, not from the Twilight movies either! I think they’re such a great couple, they’re both gorgeous people with amazing personalities. Ok, that is creepy sounding. I’m going off of what I read! I promise, I don’t have some kind of weird shrine of them hiding in my closet…. everyone knows you keep that stuff in your basement, you know, the last place anyone would want to look!

If these calls and texts are no big deal why are they secret? No committed man I know would do this. Like Katy needs support. Are you kidding? She’s got a ton of friends supporting her. According to the story even Katy’s friends think Rob needs to chill out on calling her!

Their are photos together of them a couple years back.

I don’t know if he is really texting or calling her. If he is, and it is a lot, sorry but that is wrong. To call and check on her at the beginning is fine but to continually keep doing it is wrong. Especially if you are with somebody else. I agree with her friends and he needs to chill out.

When Rob was at Comic Con they asked what music wason his Ipod and he said Katy Perry. Then they asked him if he could play a superhero who would it be and he said he’d like to be in the the Smurfs sequel which is Katy’s movie. Just sayin.
