The battle lines are more firmly drawn than ever in the Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries divorce and HollywoodLife.com has learned exclusively what Kris wants from Kim.

Kris Humphries knows EXACTLY what he wants from his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, a source close to the Humphries family reveals.

Although some media outlets are reporting that the New Jersey Net is out to land millions in a settlement, our source reveals that money is not and has never been Kris’ goal in his divorce.

“Kris would like there to be an admission that there was fraud, that there was a malicious intention by the Kardashians to use Kris and to make money and benefit themselves from him ,” says the source. “He wants them to publicly admit that they never intended for it to be a real marriage.”

Apparently, what bothers Kris most is that people now have a mistaken idea of who he is, after watching how he was edited on Kourtney & Kim Take New York. “He doesn’t like that people think he is a jerk and that they’re so surprised when they meet him, to see that he’s an OK guy,” says the source.

“Kris isn’t mean, he doesn’t do things to others and it’s not about the money,” says the source.

The bottom line, says the source, is that Kris wants his name cleared and that’s worth a lot more than money!

In the meantime, despite reports to the contrary, there is still no court date set in LA for the Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries divorce battle. So stay tuned!
