Dan was by her side when Lori took out a $120,000 loan against their house to manufacture her jewelry organizer. When Lori launched her QVC show, orders for her jewelry organizer took off. At the time, Dan was a controller for a manufacturing company. He eventually left his job to work alongside Lori as she started her company.
The couple shared a desk at their Chicago office. “I am amazed at their relationship,” an employee told Crain’s Chicago Business about Lori and Dan. “I love my husband, but I’d kill him if I had to be with him 24/7.”
