Whitney’s daughter says Oprah comforted her after the tragic death — and opens up about why she’s telling all in front of the cameras.
Bobbi Kristina Brown has been quiet ever since Whitney Houston‘s February 11 death, but she surprised everyone by agreeing to be interviewed on March 2 by her mother’s good friend Oprah Winfrey. Now Bobbi is telling friends WHY she decided to do the emotional interview.
Sources close to Bobbi, 19, say she’s telling friends that she trusts Oprah, 58, as if she were family, TMZ reports. She also knows that Oprah will be respectful to her, as well as not bring up sensitive topics such as her alleged drug use. Furthermore, Oprah was one of the first people to comfort Bobbi after her mother died at 48.
“[Oprah] was loyal to my mom, and never did my mother wrong, or made her look bad,” Bobbi is reportedly telling friends. “She always looked out for my mom.”
The interview will air March 11 on Oprah’s Next Chapter on her network, OWN. Will YOU watch Bobbi Kristina’s first interview, HollywoodLifers?
