Jenelle Evans’s former boss is trying to take the ‘Teen Mom 2’ star to court for allegedly making ‘damaging comments’ about him online
There doesn’t seem to be a day that goes by without at least a little drama from Jenelle Evans. The Teen Mom 2 star is always in trouble with the law and it doesn’t seem to be giving up. Now, Jenelle’s former boss, James Duffy — who she claims sexually harassed her — is taking her to court for cyber stalking, reports RadarOnline.com.
“The magistrate heard my story, saw my evidence and gave me a court date,” Duffy said. “If proved, Cyber-stalking and harassment are criminal charges with penalties of up to 60 days in county jail.”
He went on to explain why he was filing charges against his former employee, saying, “If you read the complaint, I believe everything in there leads to harassment and stalking, even when she sends others to do it. She created a hate page on Facebook called ‘James Duffy is a creep.’ That alone is a criminal offense.”
Jenelle’s court date is set for March 23, which just so happens to be the day both Duffy and Jenelle were due in court to deal with the cyberstalking charges filed on HIM.
HollywoodLife.com has reached out to Jenelle’s lawyer and will let you know as soon as he gives us her side of the story.
