Jennifer Lawrence: Josh Hutcherson Is 'Dreamier' Than Robert Pattinson

‘The Hunger Games’ stars sat down with MTV News and dished on the inevitable competition between their flick and ‘Twilight,’ — and apparently, Jennifer Lawrence calls out Robert Pattinson!

It might be impossible for any of you to think there is anyone out there dreamier than Robert Pattinson, 25, but someone thinks there is! In a new interview, Jennifer Lawrence, 21, says she is totally Team Josh.

When Josh Hutcherson, 19, is asked if he thinks he’s dreamier than Robert Pattinson, he doesn’t even get a chance to answer because Jennifer quickly yells, “Yes!” before he opens his mouth!

“No, he’s British,” Josh answered. But that doesn’t matter to Jennifer since she likes his Southern roots, calling his accent “hick” and attractive.

She does give Twilight one win, though: If the movies were to battle, Jennifer thinks The Hunger Games would lose! “Unless I had a silver bow and arrow,” she explains. Well, at least she’s on her costar’s side when it comes to his cuteness!

i would call it Team The Star versus Team Wannabe.i wonder why is that always others who start the war against Twilight, it’s stars and their fans. haven’t you noticed, guys we have never offended, never made jokes about other franchises and their actors. we greet everything new, give it a chance while supporting our beloved actors. whoever is responsible for pinning both franchises against each other is doing very unprofessional PR, making enemies rather than friends.

i know that hunger games will be a big hit but we dont have to compare it with twilight as well as its stars. there is a chance that they can beat twilight in the box office but the stars in the hunger games are not appealing as the stars of twilight.
I read the hunger games book and i love it but the stars that will play the leading roles are lacking of chemistry especially JLaw and Josh who play Katniss and Peeta. JLaw is too old for Josh and I think it will be a problem for them to convince the audience on their characters especially if their romantic scenes. Liam who will play Gale is much better to play Peeta because there is chemistry between him and JLaw ( I based it when I saw the trailer). twilight become successful because of the chemistry of the three leading characters. i hope hunger games will do the same and please give justice to the book..

as for the title in this article… Rob is sooooo much dreamier than josh.. hello!!!!! its obvious who is hotter and i agree with C. Josh will still loose to Taylor Lautner if they will be compared soon..

this article is really funny.. there is no way JH will be dreamier than rob. Rob is beautiful in every way not just by his physical looks but also his personality.. he was loved by women of different ages and even people in hollywood admire him. he also know how to deal with fame and stay humble about it.
Josh is okay and young but I know that when he reach the age of rob, i doubt it if he will look as hot as rob. Even be compared to Taylor Lautner, Josh still loose..

i love the hunger games book so much as well as twilight but when it comes to the stars of both movies, I choose twilight stars because they dont talk, use or comment too much with their counterparts (harry potter) too much. they know how to focus and say things which mainly focus on their movies..

To blablabla. I don’t know how old you are but I can tell you that middle-aged women know a great deal about what true love is. It is commitment and loving someone more than you love yourself and completely unselfish. Rather ridiculous in my opinion. The aura of Twilight is that appeals to all ages – The Hunger Games which I enjoyed reading actually will more appeal to young boys. The problem with the Hunger Games is the actual theme of the books, I think, which I find a little disturbing. Twilight is a timeless love story at the core – so more appeal. And whose Hotter – I’m sorry but Robert Pattinson – just has that something – call it Charisma, or whatever, but he has it. Will have to wait to see if Josh does – but at this point I don’t see it.

The studio is getting exactly what they want. Pitting Hunger Games against Twilight to sell tickets. Too bad some of the Hunger Games cast is falling for it. All they do is talk about Twilight. No doubt they will get people to see Hunger Games but they may not build a fanbase that will follow them to other projects. Even if the studios are telling them to use Twilight for promo of Hunger Games, they should not do it. In the early days of Twilight the studios as part of media training wanted the Twilight kids to do cookie cutter, scripted, silly interviews but they rebelled. The Twilight kids went and did their own thing letting their persnalities shine thru without dissing anyone, and look how successful Twilight was. It is too bad cause Hunger Games is a good story but the antics of its cast is not making the movies very welcoming at least for us older moviegoers. I could not wait to see Twilight movies but I no longer care for Hunger Games that much.

Umm, how is it the cast’s fault if interviewer’s constantly bring it up? Also… the hunger games cast bring MUCH more personality to their interviews than anyone from Twilight. The Hunger Games cast can actually act, unlike Rob and Kristen (as as much as I wish I didn’t have to say this, Taylor, because I do love him, and in his interviews he seems great, but his acting is not the best). Jennifer was nominated for a an Oscar for leading lady, and Josh Hutcherson was in the kids are all right which was nominated for multiple oscars.

And Kristen Stewart won a BAFA (British Oscars) and was in Into the Wild which won multiple oscars. Se constantly gets great reviews, take a look a her imdb page. Maybe you should do a little research before you open your mouth and make yourself seem like a fool.

maybe Jennifer is nominated for Oscars and she is really good when it comes to acting than KStew but does she have appeal to people?? Come on, lets face it she doesnt have an appeal to make people love her too much. KStew is humble, pretty and most of all simple thats why people love and admire her. if she wasnt a good actress then why does she have many movies keep on coming?. movie companies like to cast her for their movies.
kstew is humble when twilight was just started and all of its cast members because they admit that they never expect it for their movies to be phenomenon as it is now.

Fandango’s forcast is very confusing and EW prediction is only base on publicity stunt concocted of course by the studio. 23% was sure to go, while the rest 53% was undecided and out of the BS survey, they predicted a100m opening weekend. Such a BS!

I totally agree with Jenn all the way!!!!! Rob scared me and Josh Hutcherson is soooooooo MUCH MUCH hotter then him by farrrr even if he is 19 and Rob is 25! TEAM JOSH ALL THE WAY!

The Hunger Games is already bigger then twilight, the Hunger Games got more ticket sales then Eclipse did and the Hunger Games haven’t came out yet…….

What else has she been in? you’re a dumbass. Winter’s Bone, which was nominated for four academy awards, including one for her performace. She was in XMen, and she was in a movie with Charlize Theron in 2008. And Josh has also been involved in a film that was nominated for four Oscars, as well as a ton of other films, such as Bridge to Terabithia, the Journey movies, and more.

Twilight fans range in age from young to adult. This actor is a boy or he looks incredibly young and there is nothing sexy about him. He looks like a cute little boy. Didn’t he play in Jorney to the Edge of the Earth and Zathura? Robert Pattinson is a man and looks it. He is appealing onscreen to various ages-girls to women. Also, I don’t know why Hunger Games is even being compared to Twilight. Besides the fact that they are both based on books, I don’t get it. I personally have no desire to see Hunger Games.
