The Florida State Attorney’s Office is asking to speak to Chris Brown, following the incident when he reportedly snatched a cell phone out of a fan’s hand when she took a photo of him!

Chris Brown already has enough on his plate when it comes to the law, the last thing he needs to deal with is more drama. However, the 22-year-old singer can’t seem to stay out of trouble and is now “wanted” after reportedly stealing an iPhone from a fan, reports

“The Florida State’s Attorney’s Office has asked Chris’ attorney, Mark Geragos, for the opportunity to formally interview Chris,” a source said. “At this point it appears that won’t happen, which isn’t uncommon. The prosecutor handling the case is working with the cops in interviewing the alleged victim and the witnesses. Chris has an attorney for a reason, and Mark is in constant communications with the DA in Miami, it’s not as if Brown has gone on radio silence.”

Chris, 22, allegedly snatched the phone of fan Christal Spann on Feb. 19 outside of Cameo nightclub in Miami Beach, E! News reports. The reason? She took a picture of him while he was inside his car leaving the club — that’s it.

In response, Chris allegedly said, “Bitch, you ain’t going to put that on no website,” grabbed the phone, rolled up the window and drove away.

An arrest could cause serious drama for Chris, who is on probation until 2014.

I’ll wait for TMZ to report the updates on this case cuz Radaronline has reported false information in the past.
