Unbelievable is an understatement! We love hearing Rob’s colleagues complimenting the always fantastic actor.
Rob Pattinson‘s director Declan Donnellan lavished the praise upon his Bel Ami star in an interview with Herald Scotland. “I’ve worked with actors for 35 years and some very, very good ones. Rob is unbelievably talented,” Declan said.
Rob’s screaming fans shocked the first-time director at the Bel Ami premiere in Berlin. But Declan and his co-director, Nick Ormerod, even had a few admirers of their own. “We looked round and there was a group of about six people who had photos of us taken from the set, pulled from the Internet. We were so grateful,” Declan said. “We threw them in Rob’s face.”
No need for jealousy. Rob continues to shine on every red carpet he hits, but the fame doesn’t go to his head on set. “He’s very quietly serious. All of that Rob hysteria you see is completely absent from the set,” Declan said.
We believe it. Rob definitely knows how to keep fame and work separate, and that’s why we and Kristen love him.

Hi! I was just thinking, in regard to
Rob’s recording something..my suggestion to him is to consider doing a “cover” of a couple of Elvis tunes for his charities. Get Lisa Marie involved with her thoughts and suggestions as to tunes and best people to work with for this project, and go for it! Do a performance video for both the A & B side, including Rob’s guitar-playing, etc., and in this way, their respective charities, and fans will be in a WIN-WIN situation! It wouldn’t be too scary this way, because it’s a project that suits his voice timbre and tonal quality, and it could be fun..the focus for him could become just about their charities, and the project for them all. What do you think? I like: “Are You Lonesome Tonight”, and “All Shook Up”…By the way, have you seen Rob in black & white shots–when he had his hair? Talk about amazing–which is what made me think of a young Elvis!
