Jenelle’s baby daddy says he wants to be a part of Jace’s life, but the ‘Teen Mom’ claims he’s a big liar! She says he owes her thousands of dollars in child support!
After reports surfaced that Jenelle Evans was keeping her baby daddy Charles Andrew Lewis from seeing their son Jace, the Teen Mom 2 star says he’s actually a dead-beat dad! According to RadarOnline, Andrew is relieved after learning he’s 100 percent Jace’s father from a paternity test and wants to be involved in his son’s life. “I don’t believe a word he says he is such a liar,” Jenelle tweeted. “He didn’t even have money for a can the other day and had to ask. He is behind $3,000.”
Andrew is listed on the birth certificate as the dad, but Jenelle admitted she had cheated on him and wasn’t sure who fathered her son. A close friend of Andrew’s said the baby daddy took a paternity test. “Andrew always knew deep down he was Jace’s father, but it’s a huge relief to actually prove it to Jenelle and finally have rights to get Jace back in his life.”
The source says little Jace has no idea who his father is. “Andrew broke down in tears when he found out the news and he cried when Jenelle finally let him see Jace via Skype for the first time in two years,” the source says.
But apparently Jenelle doesn’t want Andrew to be involved. Over the Christmas holidays the two were on Skype when Jace asked who was on the screen, and Jenelle replied, “Nobody important.”
“Andrew just lost it and broke down in tears; it was affirmation just how horrible of a mom Jenelle is,” the friend said. “It breaks Andrew’s heart having to watch his son grow up on TV, but Jenelle said the only way he can have a relationship with Jace is if he films for Teen Mom so he signed a contract with MTV and has already filmed for next season.”
Jenelle’s mom Barbara has also been keeping Jace away. “After confirming and documenting the DNA test Jenelle and her mom Barbara promised to send pictures, post cards and let Andrew fly to North Carolina to see Jace, but all of his calls have gone unanswered so far,” the source said. .”He’s trying to have a relationship with Jace so he can someday regain custody from Barbara, but Jenelle and her mom are making every effort to continue to shut Andrew out.”
HollywoodLife.com reached out to Child Protective Services for information regarding the custody agreement, but they cannot comment because it is a private case.

I watch teen mom two all the time and i never seen andrew on the show never seen him call jenelle about jace or anything so I can see why she called him a nobody. If hes never there and jace doesnt know who that is andrew was to blame for leaving him in the first place. And after 2 years thats pretty much abandonment

like shes any better,she doesent even take care of jace,looki at her record,shes a poor excuse of a mom,i mean the dad should pay child support,but she shouldent tweet about it to make her self look better!i hate her,the child support should go to barbra cus she the one who takes care of him…..go die jenelle!

I’d do the same thing Janelle is doing. He is a deadbeat father that should have no rights to his son. He is an a**hole and Jace shouldn’t be around him what so ever. maybe if he can prove there is no alcohaul, drugs, violence or anger issues shown towards Jace or Janelle and actually pays his child support then maybe just maybe should he be able to start coming into Jace’s life. But he was the one who walked away to begin with, it was his choice. He’s the dumb one who screwed up his time with his son.

I don’t blame Jenelle for not letting her baby daddy to see jace. Why in the world would anyone in the right frame of mind let them see their kids when they dont pay child support. THey wanna see there kids grow up but not pay for anything. Jenelle you are doing everything right and I think you and your mom is all Jace needs

Then she shouldn’t see her kid. We never see or hear of her paying child support to her mother like she is supposed to. Janelle picked to have a kid with him and she can’t keep him from seeing his kid. I feel bad for Jace, when he grows up he will see just how bad his mother is and he will grow up to hate her.

I find it very sad that these 2 women would try to keep a father from his child, regardless of their own feelings about him. Neither of the 2 women have Jace’s best interest in mind and have used him as a weapon against one another and now the father. They treat that poor child as if he were property instead of a human being with feelings. Janelle’s mother allows her daughter to be around Jace, even though she’s a druggie and has been in and out of jail for the last 2+ years. They should be VERY careful because judges frown upon parental alienation and Janelle and her mother could lose complete custody if the father can prove they’ve thwarted the father/son relationship. Paying child support has nothing to do with the ability to be a father to the child, which is why visitation/custody and child support are 2 separate issues in court. They can NOT withhold visitation just because he hasn’t paid child support. I do wonder how far behind Janelle is in child support and if she ever made restitution to her mother when she STOLE her mothers’ credit card. The real victim here in little Jace. Janelle is a piss poor mother who only cares about her next fix. Janelle’s mother did a real bang-up job raising her own kids and now some idiot judge is letting her screw up her own grandchild. I do hope CPS is keeping an eye on this situation and that the father and/or his family will step in and take care of Jace before it’s too late.

You sound like a horrible mother yourself. why would you let your kids see there father when he doesnt pay child support. any judge would tell the mother not to let the kid see their dad if hes not pay child support. my baby dad has sent me to court 10times and every judge saids he cannot see the kid until he pays. SO YOU ARE A IDIOT

A child support order and a custody/visitation order are not related. It is against the law to refuse visitation, when an order is in place, just because the other parent hasn’t paid child support. So, next time you want to start calling random people an idiot, you may want to make sure that you’re information is actually correct.

Maybe in your state its that way, but i’ve never heard of that. I’ve always been told and have gone through with family members and friends that if the father/mother cannot or will not pay child support they cannot see their kid(s) because its proveing the child is not worth their time and they cannot support a child what so ever.

What an ignorant person you are! child support and custody/visitation are 2 different things. No judge can say don’t let him see the child because he doesn’t pay child support. You made me laugh calling someone an idiot when in fact you proved to be one yourself!

Custody can be changed if a parent isn’t paying child support. You can’t deny visitation because you haven’t received a check, but you can just take them back to court and have custody changed. Also, if a parent does deny visitation because a parent isn’t paying and shows no interest in the child other than when they feel like it, a judge will usually side with that decision.

I remember in an episode she said how she has to pay her mom child support for her own kid. So he doesn’t owe her a dime he owes the money to Barbara. Wouldn’t surprise me if she’s behind in her support payments.

Where was her baby daddy at when she gave up custody to her mom(nowhere in sight)he has had 2 yrs to even act like he wanted to be a dad he knew there was a good chance he was the father from the first episode till now nothin. No sympathy he is a definite deadbeat dad now u have to fight for rights that u gave up 2 yrs ago.. Thank god for her mom that lil boy would be an orphan by now if it wasnt for her….

We dont know that this Guy didnt try to contact Jenelle, Barbara is keeping the father and the mother away from Jace. Honestly I think she is trying to race Jace because she screwed up on Jenelle. Jenelle needs to seriously get a life adjustment or else she will be in jail or God forbid dead. Andrew probably thought he wasnt the father of the baby but then asked for a test and found out it is well now he is probably trying to pay the support and probably doesnt have anyone to go to to find help in getting rights of his child. If you think about it do you really want to trust jenelle and her mothers word when you have watch their behaviors on the show? Honestly think outside the box
