Monkees singer Davy Jones has died at the age of 66, TMZ reports.
Reps for the ’60s heatthrob confirmed that the singer suffered a heart attack and died on Feb 29.

So hard to believe,Davy is gone. The Monkees, were my first real “Crush”. Its like that song, that LULU sings, from, “To Sir with Love”.

Monkees were inspired by the British band The Beatles! The song Last Train to Clarksville has a similar tune to Beatles’ Paperback Writer.
