Pregnancy doesn’t stop stars like Kourtney Kardashian and Alessandra Ambrosio from wearing show-stopping red carpet gowns to the Oscars! Which glowing lady was the best dressed this year?

Model Alessandra Ambriosio opted for comfort when picking her stunning gown. “Some of the dresses didn’t fit me so we went for bigger sizes,” the model tells People about the blush Roberto Cavalli gown she wore to the 20th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party. “In the end it all worked. This one is very comfortable on the red carpet.”

Also at Elton’s party was reality star Kourtney in a glam Raoul gown.

Model and actress Molly Sims went with a red-hot Azzaro dress to the Vanity Fair Oscar party. “Beautiful day for the Oscars!” she tweeted. “Here’s a full look at my Azzaro dress and baby bump!”

Newly pregnant Kristin Cavallari has the smallest bump of the bunch, and she looked amazing in a strapless gown. “My stomach literally grew double overnight!!” she tweeted. “This belly came out of nowhere!”
