Recently divorced star Katy Perry doesn’t seem to be slowing down! In fact, the singer covers the latest issue of Interview magazine, where she dons a studded, sequin bra and black gloves. The 27-year-old’s seductive gaze was accentuated with thick, black winged eye liner and bushy eyebrows –and we love it!

I just read that she uses beth bender beauty’s Get in Line stencil kit when she does her own cat eyeliner. I am truly impressed and her eyes look crazy amazing here.
