Meryl, who took home the award for her role as Margaret Thatcher in The Iron Lady, is perpetually nominated but never seems to get the gold. But this year was her year again!
Meryl’s last win was in 1983 for Sophie’s Choice. She also won in 1980 for Kramer Vs. Kramer.
