The Biebs isn’t impressed with furry beavers, so he’s demanding that a game developer remove its app, which uses his image via a buck-toothed beaver donning unbelieberble hair!
Justin Bieber, 17, has gotten his lawyers to slam a cease-and-desist letter on a company called RC3, which currently sells an app called Joustin’ Beaver, TMZ reports.
The lawyers want RC3 to stop all production and sales of the game, pull it off iTunes, and are demanding an accounting of all its sales. The game developer, however, is blowing them off, citing the game is a parody of the pop star and thus protected under the First Amendment.
If you don’t already have Joustin’ Beaver on your phone, the goal is to get The Beevs to sign “Otter-graphs” while dodging the “Phot-Hogs.”
Well, that’s a game Biebs knows all too well.
