Jennifer Aniston 'Could Be Pregnant,' Says Chelsea Handler's Friend

Even Chelsea Handler’s buddy, Heather McDonald, thinks Jen might have a bun in the oven!

Do you blame the lack of ciggies or Justin Theroux for Jennifer Aniston‘s tummy pooch? Heather McDonald tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that she thinks the 43-year-old star could be expecting.

“Jennifer (Aniston) had definitely put on weight in the last couple of months,” the Chelsea Lately writer tells us at the QVC Red Carpet Style Event on Feb. 23. “When she came to do the show a couple days ago, you could tell she looked a little bit bigger. She could be pregnant. I know she wants to have a baby and she would make a wonderful mother. You can tell that Jennifer is so completely in love with Justin. She’s just glowing.”

Glowing because she’s in love, or glowing because she’s preggars? If that pooch gets any bigger, we’ll have our answer.

Oh for crying out loud, Jen is NOT PREGNANT! She’s much too old now, plus her uterus is a sewer from all the cigarettes and booze she consumes. Deal with it, she’s never going to have children, and good thing – she’s much too selfish and immature for the job.

(Famousa) Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.How can you critic somebodiy else’s comment on how she feel about the way Jennifer looks.Well crtic me because I happen to think she is gorgeous from head to toe.beauty is not just a pretty face it is the total person.beauty is the inside as well as the outside. If you are ugly on the inside you are ugly to the bone.We have a few female celebrities that fit that bill don’t we.(AJ)

Why she’d wanna keep it a secret is beyond me, and most of all silly as there’s no hiding the fact that she’ll eventually balloon up.
If she’s tryna avoid attention, she failed. She’s getting more attention from this than if she were to say she IS pregnant. On the other hand she may be keeping the media on their toes as she doesn’t wanna let go of the spot light.

She’s not smoking in that pic. Look at it closer, and others taken that night. It’s not a cigarette…too large, bright and not in her mouth or hand in the pic. In fact her finger is going through the alleged cigarette. It’s just a glare in the one pic and a tabloid site jumping on the bandwagon to claim that it was a cigarette.
