Rihanna & Chris Brown's Friends Trying To Keep Them Apart

Rihanna may have forgiven Chris for beating her, but her friends sure haven’t! Do you think they should be back together?

Rihanna and Chris Brown shocked the world this week when they released two collaborations — sexually charged remixes of his song, “Turn Up The Music,” and her song, “Birthday Cake” — basically telling everyone that all has been forgiven and forgotten. But TMZ reports that both Rihanna and Chris’ friends are desperate to prevent the couple from officially getting back together.

We can understand why Rihanna’s friends would be hesitant to let her back with Chris — he savagely beat her just before the 2009 Grammy Awards — but why would Chris’ friends want to keep him from Rihanna? Perhaps they’re just trying to protect her, as well.

In an unfortunate choice of words, one friend tells the site, “You can’t hold back love.”

Let’s just hope one of the two can be held back next time!

Rihanna really doesn’t get it, but she will as soon as she hooks up with CB again. Obviously, the time apart was only motivated by her publicists who understood how public outrage would damage her career and now she thinks it’s safe to do what she intended on doing when it first happened (according to the interviews with her at the time)–going back. Do we really need another singer flirting with self-destruction?

People keep thinking Rihanna is this innocent women and she isn’t. If after 3yrs she still wants to be with him let it be. No one can say its battered woman syndrome they were apart to long she had gotten into another serious relationship. The question is why did the other ex boyfriend leave her (remember she left her own house in the middle of the night)? All I am saying is there’s always 3 sides to a story his and hers and then the truth. I have always liked Chris Brown and still listen to his music, Rihanna on the other hand changed a little but I still listen to her also. I do wish the best everyone deserves a 2nd chance. S/N I am not a young little groupy I am 36 and married so I do know what I am talking about.

I think that these two need to find each other.Yes he did do wrong and there is no reason or excuse for what he did.Love plays games with us all.and jealousy is our far by most worst enemy. of acourse that is why we are close to ourselves. Everybody is in attack mode over these two.there smart beautiful and can do anything they want.but only together. don’t judge anyone its there life.and we have our own

Chris & Rihanna are both young people in love… It was unfortunate that he lost his temper like that to become physically abusive. But, hopefully he has learned from his mistake & move on to be a better person.. We cannot let anger consume us, its like a sponge if u allow it & u will go crazy @ some point… Hope for a positive outcome of them re-uniting!!! Bless em both!!!

Let them be dang. Thats the issue now these days everybody has a say so in someone else’s business, relationship ect. If they love each other let them be. We all make simple childish mistakes. Rihanna is a good person. I never liked her but her musics good & shes a good person. Really. & chris honestly needs people to beleive he can change. I think he did. Ive always had his back. People cant change without support. They just get worse if you put them down. I love breezy & he knows Team Breezys all he needs <3 maybe they'll get back together. Maybe they wont. But hes ina relationship right now. & if rihanna & him reunited , i think he wouldnt beat her again. He has too much to live for. #TeamBreezy

Sigh! The next Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston couple. Can’t wait till they hook up with a reality show when they are in their thirtees with floundering careers. Chris, the music may last forever, but popularity is fleeting. See you in 10 when I can see Riri high as a kite screaming “Kiss My Arse” on MTV!

The greatest thing in life is forgiveness. we offend God everyday and he forgives so I think Rihanna should forgive CB and hopefully to see them come back together if not as lover may be as best friend

Rihanna’s friends are concerned, huh? The same friends who didnt run to the media to discuss any concern about her starting a relationship with a guy with accusations of rape and harassment in his past ( her OTHER ex).

Are these the same friends that (probably) helped orchestrate her candid shots of her smoking weed in Hawaii? Maybe they are the same ones who were there when she first “got back” with Chris?

These people are concerned because they are afraid that their meal ticket may be “sabatoging” her career due to her association but see NO harm in other events that may be going on in her life that are not constructive.

And blogs confuse me on their chosen language regarding the assault because you all flip flop. It seems when they want to be inflammatory they say things like beating, savage beating, etc. but then have the audacity to ask if we should move on and forgive. Clearly blogs aren’t interested in allowing these 2 to move on because look at how you talk about it. Stop trying to get traffic up by continuously dissecting people’s lives (especially TMZ).
