Jude Law's Tween Daughter Wears A Lewd Dress To London Fashion Week

OMG! Jude’s 12-year-old wore what might be the most offensive dress EVER to London Fashion Week — So inappropriate!

At first glance, Jude Law‘s daughter Iris wore what seemed like a sweet, innocent (and totally age-appropriate) dress to Vivienne Westwood‘s London Fashion Week show. But take a closer look — those candy hearts are printed with vulgar phrases like “Blow Me” and “Eat Sh*t”! Woah.

The 12-year-old’s mom Sadie Frost apologized on Twitter for the rude outfit. “I seem to have upset people & am shocked myself about the dress Iris wore to Vivienne Westwoods show,” she wrote. “Iris had been bought it as a present.”

“I assumed it was just the sayings the sweets have on them,” she continued. “I’m sorry for any upset it may have caused..Iris is a sweet, innocent girl.”

“We were enjoying a day out with my mum me @ iris and it was a lovey day. I guess teh dress should be hidden till she’s older..#genuinemistake.”

So who gave Iris the dress? Her dad Jude, according to Styleite! Designed by Oliver Sykes, the actor reportedly purchased it for his tween daughter!

Just to point out that the dress isn’t offensive at all. It’s just a dress, to be perfectly honest whoever noticed what the dress says was obviously way too close to her in the first place. She probably hears worse at school or even at home, she’s going to pick up stuff along the way. Just another point while I’m at it, all this is making Drop Dead Clothing become more and more public which means there’s a man called Oli Sykes sat at home very very happy. The fact is it’s a dress, people aren’t going to take anything written on it seriously and in my opinion there are a lot more things to be worried about.

Do you people not read the entire article? The dress was bought for her by her FATHER.
Is it something that I’d buy for my kid? Probably not. But really? Do any of you honestly think this sweet innocent little girl isn’t already saying this stuff when her parents aren’t around? If you’re that naive, I pity you.
My 12 yo old has a shirt bought by her older sister that says ‘F*ck H8′. To her, it’s a social statement. Is it inappropriate? Undoubtedly it is to some. Then again, she’s 12, not 2, more than old enough to dress herself and accept the ribbing of small minded people that have nothing better to do than comment on the clothing worn by a kid.

i think you guys are being a little harsh. yes, the dress is not age appropriate at all, however i’m sure this young girl and her mom meant no offence or had any malicious intent. i believe it was just an action that wasn’t thought all the way through.

Spoiled brat wanted it so I’m sure mom let her have it.

Yes, calling a child a spoiled brat will show ‘em! The comments made by some of you loudmouths are much more offensive than anything she’s wearing. Leave her alone. It was a gift from her father — her mother didn’t buy it for her. Why is she automatically a spoiled brat? Because her parents are wealthy? Wealth does not equal spoiled — you sound a bit jealous.

Maybe you should raise the bar with your income so you can give your kids what they need and not hate on people who make money.

And so what? If mom and daughter BOTH knew what were in the hearts, it’s none of anybody’s business. Sadie had nothing to apologize for. Iris did not wear this to school, church, or a girl scout meeting. She wore it to a fashion show, and it was clearly an edgy choice that was appropriate for the situation. Because guess what, people….your little angels talk like this whether you want to accept it or not. It doesn’t make them horrible children. It didn’t make you bad children, either. I’m sure your grandmother didn’t like your mini skirts or Madonna outfits.

well, you wouldn’t have to read EACH saying- just one would tip you off! the dress is “Hate Hearts” by Drop Dead Clothing… go get ‘er. when/if you’re ever a mom, take out the dress and revisit how you’d feel about your sweet little girl being photographed in it front row at a public event.

okay, i just read that mom wasn’t paying attention to what the dress said- and it was a gift from someone (de-friend person, immediately). if this is true, i guess i’ll soften up my judgments… yikes. she had the girl’s grandmother with her, in this dress! hard to believe they didn’t know what the dress said, but, i guess…

FYI, person who gave dress as a gift may not have noticed offensive phrases and just saw it as a cute dress with hearts on it just as the mom did before she was bombarded with negative comments.

point taken. i actually feel very badly for the mom now that i realize that it was just a mistake. and i feel bad for the daughter who is probably mortified and being teased about the incident. and, the poor person who bought the dress if they didn’t realize what it said! in any case, moving on…
