The Biebs and Selly were discovered scarfing down a quick lunch in LA while intermittently playing tonsil hockey on Feb. 20, HollywoodLife.com has exclusively learned.

Justin Bieber, 17, and Selena Go-Go-Gomez, 19, had a quick eat-kiss-and-run moment at The Mercantile in LA.

A source reveals to us that the lovebirds were super talkative and only took breaks to kiss each other and eat their salads.

They were at the restaurant 30-40 minutes tops and rushed out the door hand-in-hand.

Talk about hurried love!
