Jennifer Aniston Adopts

Jen and Justin are starting a family already! They’ve adopted… a puppy!

Wanderlust couple Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have a new little one around the house — a pit bull-boxer mix named Sophie! Although they haven’t introduced Sophie to the world yet, Justin can’t stop gushing about his new family member, according to OK! magazine. “She’s the most adorable little cookie you’ve ever seen,” he says. “She looks like she just smoked an exploding cigar.”

After the passing of Jen’s beloved Norman last year, the actress was finally ready to adopt again. “We have one white shepherd [Dolly], but I had another dog [Norman] who died last year,” she says.

Are the couple adding to their family to prepare for a human baby? “They’d never have gotten this dog if they didn’t think they were going to be together for the long haul,” an insider says. “Jen treats her dogs like kids and Justin is the same. It’s a real litmus test.”

So will Justin pass? “She loves how protective he is of Sophie,” the insider adds. “It’s made her see what a great father he will make. She’s 100 percent sure that she wants to have a family with him.”

Do YOU think Jen & Justin will have a baby some day, HollyMoms?
