CM Punk & Chris Brown Twitter War Rages On

It’s a virtual smackdown between WWE’s CM Punk and Chris Brown!

WWE Champ CM Punk doesn’t want the world to forget that Chris Brown punched Rihanna‘s face silly in 2009 — and the 22-year-old pop star isn’t taking too kindly to the reminder!

“I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody that can defend themselves. Me curb stomping that turd would be a #wrestlemania moment,” Punk tweeted out to his 650,000-plus followers on Feb. 20.

Chris, who’s made a habit of trash-talking and then deleting his tweets ~~like a coward~~, responded to the wrestler in kind.

“@CMpunk needs more followers. He’s such a leader! Not to mention the roids hes on has made it utterly impossible for him pleasure a women.” (The tweet has since been deleted.)

On Feb. 21 CM Punk responded to Chris’s insult with a video statement.

“I never meant to include Chris Brown’s name in one of my tweets for publicity. Now that he’s accusing me of using steroids please allow me to retort,” he said in the video. “I am a life-long, proud, drug-free straight-edge individual. So Chris and I come from two completely different worlds.”

He added: “And I don’t hit women. Period…Picking up trash on the side of a highway does not make amends for repeatedly striking a woman to her face and sending her to a hospital.”

So what did the Grammy award winner have to say about this?

“@cmpunk the video u just posted was cute! It’s so funny how defensive u are,” he wrote. “And the fact that I really don’t know who you are and could give a [expletive] is the funny part! I really hope this 15 minutes of fame is paying you for the long run becuz music last forever! Wrestlers come and go according to ratings!”

Before he swore off twitter-blasting the wrestler, Chris left with a parting jab. “I miss the real wrestlers! ( Hacksaw Jim duggan, Brett the hitman heart, coco beware, rowdy roddy piper) #Notnopunks. THE ROCK #Notnopunks.”

The 33-year-old champ simply tweeted back, “#aintnowomanbeater.”

Looks like Chris B. got Punk’d! Say whaaaaat?!

The comment about Punk not being a real wrestler is laughable Phil Brooks is arguably the greatest wrestler wrestling today not only that he can actually fight so he’d kill little Chrissy

Chris Brown is an idiot who clearly can’t spell to save his life. Chris Brown tainted his reputation when he struck her, left her bruised, bloodied and emotionally scared. An ‘apology’ where he clearly registered little apologetic feelings plus his light sentence just shows that the man cares little for what happens. I worry for his fans and for whatever woman he intends himself to in the future.

Why is a 33-year old worried about the personal affairs of a 22-year old, to whom he is not related? Since we’re talking about being a man, dude, you’re 33 and you’re tweefing and YouTubeattling with a 22-year old. Who’s the real punk, here, CM Punk? It does smell like a publicity stunt. By the way, it seems as though the “victim”, (that would be RIHANNA, America) has forgiven him, so why should we carry the torch? Regardless of who they are, this is a personal issue between Chris and Rihanna. This is not America’s or the world’s crusade, and it’s not up to us to judge. I’m tired of hearing about the 3-year old skirmish,
and I can see why Chris is too!

It’s a high-profile, stand-out case of domestic abuse. Age has nothing to do with it, you utter cretin.

SOMEONE needs to put this scumbag in his place for once and for all. Rihanna clearly won’t do it so I love CM Punk for preaching the truth, something so few people dare to do against Chris anymore because he throws a f*cking temper tantrum instead of explaining he has changed (the temper tantrum sure makes you seem like a bettered man).

I watched wrestling as a kid and the comment Chris brown makes about greats like hot rod and coco b ware! This chump wasn’t even a thought in his dadyy’s ball bag when they wrestled, secondly when my son got into wrestling thanks to my introduction because I loved it as a child, point being thought cm was a punk, but now with his obsession I’ve become a big fan again and now see that the work the wee and it’s talents do around the world is bar none, we went to a show last week and I saw the clip about being broadcast in 15 countries!! Yes c brown has fans and is popular but bottom line he smack around a doll of a woman and we all know how hot a girl may be doesn’t exempt them from being a but bag and maybe be deserving of a wack from time to time, bottom line is as men we act like it and respect women no matter how far we are pushed because women are not always innocent but at the end of the day Chris I hardly believe its a publicity stunt and secondly singing is ur talent so I dont expect cm to ousting u, but his talent is one of atlethisism and teaching kids a straight edge life style so the roid comment has no evidence why cause he’s in shape??? Whereas ur abuse charges aren’t myth there’s photos so ur comments are here say and a desperate attempt at saving face and his are fact based, and at the end of the day I raise my boys to be men not women bashers
