Come to Jesus christ for the salvation of your soul. Stop idolizing Whitney houston. Whitney is in hell. Accept Jesus christ into your heart as lord and personal saviour. Repent from sexual immorality, smoking and drinking. Let Jesus become the lord of your life.

instead of trying to be your kids friend u need to be the parent first u can’t buy their love it seems to me they gave Bobbie k her way just to get her out of the way so they could do what they wanted to do now they created a monster and expect cissy to deal with it and she prob tried to tell them way before this happened

well I don’t see anything wrong with aretha sail at least she told the truth she did not point any fingers at anyone an as far as I see cissy and fam will soon push Bobbi k out to the streets on their own this should have been taken care of along time ago be Whitney died and it will not happen over night

We saw Aretha in concert in North Carolina two nights before Whitney’s death. Aretha had to sit down towards the end of the concert at the piano bench-she bumped the piano guy off his seat! she looked tired and she’s turning 70 in March. I believe her legs truly are bothering her and her health is poor.

Did Aretha say anything wrong? She said Whitney left home with all the right things, which indicates she felt Cissy did right in raising her daughter. She said Whitney lost her way……….obviously she did. WHitney was an adult and nobody is responsible for her, but her, and we spend way too much time blaming others for what they did or didn’t do. Would haves, should haves and could haves just don’t matter at this point.

I totally agree with the statement that i just read. Aretha didn’t say anything against Cissy. I see it as in Cissy favor, as to why Aretha was’t banned from the funeral. Listening to what Aretha said is one thing, but to listen without understanding is another and that’s what happen. No understanding.

Who cares? It was about the sad loss of a beautiful talent & the pain of her daughter at the loss of her mother! Everything & everyone else is secondary or less. I hope the child has many good memories to fall back on. She surely knows her mother loved her. There are many people who care about the welfare of Whitney’s baby. May God Bless & Keep Her Safe.

I think, Aretha did/said NOTHING wrong! That was the MAIN problem in Whitney’s life right there; DENIAL. When everybody knew Whitney was on drugs, her family denied, denied, & denied. To protect an IMAGE! They really enabled Whitney, instead of putting aside the fact that she was a star. A lot of mistakes were made, not only on behalf of Whitney; but her MOM, BOBBY, and various family/friends. They always placed the blame on BOBBY (who got off of drugs, so they say) but you can’t MAKE someone get on drugs; SIMPLE! I def. think Aretha was uninvited to the funeral. Look how Bobby was treated.

Houston Family:
Stop trying to be “picture perfect” and cover things up & WAKE UP and STAND UP for and to the truth. . .for Whitney!
And tell Bobby Kris the TRUTH and everyone else so SOMEONE even Bobby Kris won’t end up like Whitney.

#RIPWhitney

the services were very moving and as we know no matter how rich poor or famous there is always going to be drama, and there will bw more to come when the estate issues come.but on a lighter note i hope the lady sitting behind the podium (with the black hat)wasmeditating and not snoozing because she was in too good a spot to be that bored, she kept her eyes closed anawful lot.Just wondering.

Striking out at people is not going to bring Whitney back, but that is a normal reaction when a beloved family member dies, members of the family is hurting so bad, needs to blame someone. I like what Aretha said, and Cissy should respect and understand her statement as a person who has been in showbiz as a gospel singer, she was trying to save other young stars so that they don’t suffer the same faith, Cissy should be doing the same instead of making enemies and becoming bitter. Personally, I think that Whitney was doomed, as a young black singer who got this enormous 100 million dollar contract, unheard of in those days, especially for a young black artist, it was like giving her a time bomb. This woman needed stucture just like her daddy was trying to do by suing her and taking away some of that money. He knew the perils of Whitney and all that money in a predominantly black neighborhood, the vultures and hangers on that she would attract, and she did.

Aretha told it like it really was. Cissy was an enabler, plain and simple. Cissy, shut up, tell the truth and move on. You are making your daughters nightmares come out now. The people are finally speaking out, telling the real story and Cissy will never stop the trainwreck now. RIP Whitney, the leeaches will finally have to get a real job.

I was just looking at some of Whitney’s videos. My heart is heavy, but I have to believe and trust in God that He will keep her family and friends and America who misses her more than we can say. I love Aretha. I heard her interview, but she was on point with her comments. Nothing was said against Whitney or her mother. In any case, it is not for us to judge or comment. I love you Whitney – I love you Areatha.

It would be really hard to be in the public eye!.. It is what you want and guess to be what it is!!..for us… Only they know..and to judge with out really knowing.. Is not fair!.. Whitney Houston died yes, but she is also a person, Mother, daughter, friend.. Her daughter I am sure comes first and foremost..so everything being said effects Bobbi Kristina. The world needs to make her feel better!!!….remember would you want someone reading that about your mother?.. Your Father? every move? Every thing that is suppose to be right? The world needs peace!! So we can all rest in it!!..here on earth…

So how many of you nay sayers know that when you have leg spasms it doesn’t mean that you are going to have them all day, night, month, or year. They may have prevented her from feeling like it at the time but with therapy, warm towels, rest, meds or whatever else they could be gone in hours. Besides, I don’t know if you are aware of blood clots (not that she had them but when it comes to the legs…don’t play around) in the legs and flying? Well…they arent good. They can cause heart attacks,in the case of Heavy D (May he R.I.P). Anyway, stop judging people because your lives are hopeless.

She wasn’t banned…chile please!

Bobby was at the funeral HL. He had an invite for him and 2 other people but he brought more people with him. Bobby said they kept moving him and his family around and also they wouldn’t let him see Bobbi K so he left rather than cause a commotion.

As far as Aretha, she said she had been on her feet the night before and her legs were bothering her and she needed to rest them for her performance that night. I don’t know if this is true or not but Aretha could have came, told them about her legs and I’m sure they would have let her sit down and sing.

Please, did you see any of Whitney’s funeral? If that is what heaven is like, thank god I am going to hell. I don’t blame aretha for not wanting to be there, and thankfully for her, she had an excuse. Why did the show go on at RCMH? Um, because hundreds of people had PAID for a ticket? Duh.

I really wish people wouldn’t publish this bullshyt. Dionne Warwick announced Aretha and had to be told that she was not there. If she was banned she would have known about it. Her comment wasn’t bad. She said SHE LEFT HOME WITH ALL THE RIGHT THINGS so she wasn’t bashing Cissy. Dam!

And Aretha said at the concert at Radio City Music Hall that night after Whitney’s funeral that she was too ill to attend that some man had mistaken her for 50-yea, 50 tons! Pahlezze Aretha, I used to live you but you bought in to the BS for too long and can barely croak out a song anymore! What a pig!

Any talk of Aretha Franklin’s legs and their quivering should be considered extreme pornography and child abuse, especially on this website.

Seeing that Dionne Warwick introduced her and had to be told she wasn’t there. I don’t think shew as banned she is too big a name to be banned.

From what I read, she wanted to be there but didn’t want to sing. Cissy was the one pushing she sang. Maybe Aretha felt the best thing was not to show up so she wouldn’t feel pressured to sing. It was a media hoopla, I don’t blame her for not going. She can mourn Whitney in private with dignity.

Good for her not canceling her concert people look forward to that and paid for the tickets.

Aretha said what she needed to. No disagreement w her comments.

To miss the funeral was a slap to the deceased.

Her commitment to honor WH was more important than her financial one. Every contributor was vital to the “celebration.”

Aretha attended the private wake of Feb. 17. That was more important than to parade in front of cameras at the funeral. She paid her respects more often than not on stage too.
As for cancelling the Feb. 18 at Radio city this was a replacement show for a 2010 show she had already cancelled due to her hospitalization (she had a tumor removed); so she would have been sued over and over had she cancelled…

First of all, the public is being told that Aretha was Whitney’s Godmother….and Aretha doesn’t own up to that…she said Whitney called her “aunt Re”…and I’ve seen so many godmothers and “big sisters” to Whitney on TV, I can’t keep track. Aretha denied that she was “banned”…in fact if you watch the TV funeral, Dionne called Aretha’s name out to come to the podium, and was told by Rev. Jackson she wouldn’t appear.
So if there was some behind the scenes drama…then it wasn’t obvious.

I believe that any concert she had her fans would have understood and she was how could she turn that invite down. Then she doesn’t appear and does a concert.I think Aretha thinks of Aretha I grew up singing her songs watching her but as she has gotten older she has also gotten where she has a big mouth.Drugs or no drugs now was not the time to put that out there for Whitney’s daugther and mother feeling the pain. They are still the family and the only child she had.No Aretha was so wrong not attending PERIOD!

Every one is so stuck on who or whom was at the funeral. I just want to thank Whitney’s family for allowing us,the fans,to be part of the homegoing service. I know that it was not easy but I really appreciate what was done. I pray God blessing on Bobbie Kristina and Ms Cissy Houston. Just remember only what you do for Christ will last. Dont let the riches of this world cause you to miss out on what God has plan for you.
