The singer left his ex-wife’s funeral because he couldn’t enter with his huge entourage — he wasn’t thinking about his troubled daughter at all! What a jerk!
Whitney Houston‘s funeral was a beautiful tribute to the legendary singer, but Bobby Brown cast a dark shadow on the day by not going to the service, abandoning his struggling daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown!
Bobby, 43, attempted to attend the Feb. 18 funeral at the New Hope Baptist Church in Westfield, New Jersey, but was stopped at the door, TMZ reports. The reason? His nine-person entourage was too big and he refused to pare it down to the two guests he had been invited to bring!
Apparently, Bobby made a stink about not getting to sit his posse next to 18-year-old Bobbi. But as the event was invitation-only, they couldn’t be accommodated — so he bailed!
This all comes in the midst of news that Bobbi’s family wants to send her to rehab, due to her worsening state surrounding the loss. We’re disgusted that Bobby couldn’t put his ego aside and support his child!

First i’m going to say this @ James you are out of line Really!! God is the judge of this if she’s in heaven or not he has the last say so!! Now how about you go repent for that big lie you just said don’t talk about her like she wasn’t anybody ok so just shut up!! Most y’all don’t know a thing what really happen and i don’t either so the only person that do know is her family ok!! So i wish everybody will just hush about it cause nobody don’t know anything about whitney’s life except the bad things she did!! Ok so!! She made some mistakes in her life so why judge her you don’t know anything about her life growing up yea she was on drugs and did alcohol and what i bet if she was hear today she will tell you any of the bad things she did was not worth it ok. Everybody is doing all this talking just to talk and half don’t eben know what their talking about so just hush. If yall want to show your sympathy and respect, Respect the fact that you’re talking about someones mother ok all this stuff about bobby and ray j yall don’t know reallly no one knows. Stop thinking about the negative tings she did in her life and think about the good memories she did with her music and love to show to her fans and her love daughter. Opinion of a fellow Christian…final judgement of a soul’s disposition is reserved EXCLUSIVELY for THE JUDGE! The only sin that God doesn’t forgive is blasphemy and that’s from the WORD! While Whitney’s death may have been premature for us, our time is not God’s time. We all go down paths that are unrighteous (publically/privately) but her last public efforts said that she was doing something different or maybe more so, going back to what she first believed. She recognized-openly-a power over here life (I LOOK TO YOU, YES, JESUS LOVES ME and even before…openly, repeatedly, her testimonial in song of I LOVE THE LORD). People that walk closely with the Lord, seem to know when time on earth is winding up and while Satan comes to us in many forms, God never gives up on us once we have made a profession of our faith…ONCE SAVED, ALWAYS SAVED!!!

Um, those so called “entourage” were Bobbi Christina’s siblings. Houston’s family was not being thoughtful at all by declining them entry. This story is FACTLESS! He WAS there, only with his children, not an entourage, and he was asked to move several times to sit with the common folk before he left. He tried and they created nothing but chaos for the grieving Brown. So sad that you would report such inaccuracies. It was shown on live TV, duh, you think we would be able to see what happened. C’mon, Give me a break!

Bobby brown, repent from your sins and surrender to Jesus christ so that you will not join Whitney in hell when you die. Abandon drugs and alcohol. They lead to perdition. It is wrong to depend on drugs and alcohol. Give your heart to Jesus. Stop partying around. Leave your prostitution lifestyle. It will lead you to hell fire. First of all Bobby Brown was late who is late for this special occasion if his daughter meant that much to him or his ex wife.She didn’t have anything to do with him once they were divorce and it was Bobbie Kristina who told her mother to divorce him.Bobbie Kristina is 18 yrs old now if she wanted him to sit next to her it would have happened.The fact that Whitney helped with his other kids if Bobbi wanted them there a seat would have been prepared for them and it was not.Bobbie is young but not stupid she grew up in show business this is her time now with her mother not Bobby.He did enough damage but if Bobbi wanted him to sit next to her it would have happen. That was made clear she did not want to talk to him or anything. He was not seated with the family at all but in the back by security in case there was trouble because her Ray was there.That was said from the first day when the funeral was announced.No one that Bobby Brown brought were invited period!

Whitney Houston helped raise bobby kids they were part of her family. This really just shows how Christians can really act. No matter what Whitney loved him and that day was about HER no one else. And treating someone she loved did not demonstrate that at all!

Please stop the pity party for Bobby Brown. This was a PRIVATE home going celebration for WHITNEY HOUSTON and has nothing to do with Bobby brown and his ego. The ultimate disrespect was abandoning his child Bobbi K and bringing his new wife. Don’t get it twisted he and Whitney were not on speaking terms.

He also left because he was unable to give a speech, if you were Whitney’s mother would you let him speak, given the way he has been trashing her in the media!?! Cissy does not have to share her daughter or allow her to be abused in anyway, it is her right to lay her sweet baby to rest the way she sees fit and proper, the authority was given to her by God and by Whitney, she is the next of kin, along with Bobbi K.

For one thang if bobby brown would have made seen the roof would have came off the church, but because that was not right bobby brown and his other children was treated. They saying that he did not show up they lied even if they saw him or not, his wife whitney huston knows how was their for her. So if I was bobby brown I would not sweat it. So bobby brown try not to let people bring you down be strong for your wife Whitney Huston and just think of it this way bobby brown whitney was tired she was just tired bobby . They are not his “outside” children. They were Whitney’s former step-children. Once you marry someone with kids, those kids become yours and just because you divorce, doesn’t mean the love for those kids go away, especially since you’re going to have a relationship with them and their father because you have a child. But most importantly, those are Bobbi Kristana’s siblings. If nothing else, they should have been allowed to be there for her.

Get your story straight! He did not abandon her! The security would not let him and his kids sit and they would not even let him near Bobbi Kristina.Instead of causing a scene he chose to leave.This might be one time he acted decently by not causing a ruckus.
