Bobby Brown Will Attend Whitney Houston's Funeral

A family source reveals that rumors of Bobby being banned from the funeral are ‘totally untrue.’

Whitney Houston‘s family may not want the late singer’s ex-husband Bobby Brown raising his daughter, Bobbi Kristina, but they definitely aren’t keeping him from paying his respects. “Bobby will be there at the funeral to support [Bobbi Kristina]” a source reveals to People. “There was some talk … some people were angry at him, but that’s just grief. He will be there.”

“He is not being banned,” the source continues. “That is completely untrue.”

Whitney will be laid to rest Feb. 18 at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, N.J., where Whitney got her start singing in the choir.

Whitney was terribly in bondage to drugs. I appeal to americans to desist from the use of drugs and alcohol. Whitney did not live a righteous life. She lived a horrible life. She polluted many youths through her weird lifestyle. Whitney deserves to go to hell fire. There should be a campaign against drugs. Bondage to drugs is a sin in the sight of God. Whitney hated holiness and righteousness. She loved the fleeting pleasures of life instead. Whitney is suffering for her sins in hell now.

This person is really tripping and down right rude! How in the world can you send somebody to hell…you dont have the say on who goes where when they die. Whitney struggled and the Lord saw her and decided that he didn’t want his child to suffer and struggle no more. And you can’t blame Whitney for what youth do, where is their parents? Do you people not care that This beautiful spirit not only pave the way for most of our female entertainers today in this generation, but also has a family who is grieving. Whitney is dead people..Whitney Houston..so what she was once an addict..god loves her and she love god and that’s all that matters..how dare anyone judge her. We all have a past and that why it’s called the past. Her addictions and past doesn’t define who she was at all.. She had way more positives than negatives. I just hope that when your mother or fathers or whoever dies that you think about what you are saying about this lady..some of you should be stoned for the crap that your saying…may sole of you rot in hell

I agree nicole and lacy..it’s a shame that they lady can’t even rest in peace..the same crap that she complain about and was tore up about from the media is the same thing she’s facing dead. I mean really, why bring all this crap up. It doesn’t have anything to do with anything. At the end of the day if you go to another country and say Whitney Houston people won’t even think about her addiction or even care they will simply be reminded of her work. In america if you say her name it’s the same thing. But the media won’t let it rest.. The media is the demise of most celebrities and I almost see why they self medicate and feel lonely. Whitney I was a true fan and as you always said on many occasions…yes Jesus loves you and now you have the opportunity to be in a better place than us…mane, heaven is lucky and they other people there are lucky to get to hear you sing..your legacy will go on as the best voice..an angels voice. Ok, I could have sworn that when a person dies you let them rest in peace, not only that we focus on the positives. Now, anyone with common sense and knowledge of whitney Houston knows that she had way more positives in her life and what she brought to us..the addiction was a long battle but it was only one thing…one little item on that negative list…now look at the positive list..it’s very long..everyone goes through something but slot of people are acting like they don’t have skeletons. These people are human just like us..half of the stories about her in the tabloids just like every other celebrity is 95% false…we all knew she had an addiction but what we don’t know is if she had one recently because based on real close people and not those “sources” who we all know is usually made up..whitney was in good spirits and was not acting erratic at all and appeared clean. I find it really odd that before Whitney died, we didn’t hear anything about this behavior the only thing we heard was her going to dimmer with ray j..now all of a sudden when she died “sources” report she did this and that. I honestly believe that the media and these news outlets are very fund of trying to destroy peoples lives and they want to create drama. It’s so sad

I was watching whitney’s candid last interview with oprah and she mentioned that she felt pressure to be someone that we created..how the media wouldn’t let her live and made up so many lies and felt the need to be in her personal life when she had already pretty much given us and the media a big part of her life through her music. She said that it wasn’t fair because she couldn’t live..she couldn’t be normal.. I now see why these people go through so much and sometimes rely on medication to ease their pain because they are alone and they can’t live..it’s like when is this crap going to finally stop. When are we going to step back from the obsession of these people. Why not love their craft and talent rather than become so obsessed that we get attached to their personal lives..they are human. If ee focused on their talents and enjoy that rather than tear them down from their personal lives and the things that WE don’t approve of then maybe just maybe these people would be happy. It’s almost like we feel compelled to be in their world or to be in their personal space and life when in actuality it has nothing to do with their craft. This lady broke barriers and brought us a voice that will never be matched..and the minute people didn’t like a choice that she made then they felt obligated to attempt to tear her down by putting her in ever darn tabloid out their..the media creates most of this. I’m just so saddened that people are so spiteful

I’m taking this loss hard.I’m still in disbelief, but most importantly I’m disturbed and a bit disgusted that all these media outlets are finding ways to make up stories to figure out answers to why she died, when in reality they need to let the professionals do their jobs. No one knows what she died from, and to hear some of you mention god and her abandoning god really makes me angry because that’s far from the truth. From the minute she stepped on the scene to the middle when her addiction was at it’s worse until the last day she always had her faith and of nothing cane out of her mouth she always mentioned god and her faith and that she knew god loved her. That addiction had to do with her and not god or trusting in him. How dare anyone come and judge her like that or for that matter anyone. Who are we to judge anyone to the point tht we are bringing god in the picture when we don’t know these people

my heart goes out the the entire family, including booby brown, he should be there to support his daughter , as well as having the right to say good bye ,to whitney.
whitney and booby were separated for 10 yrs, i dont see why his being blamed for wat has happened, i am a big fan of whitney, have been all my life , as whitney said in an interview, it was her choice to do wat she did in the past . we should remember her for the good times, and her beautiful voice , let the bad times go.

When we lose a loved one we are sad i know how all of u feel my dad murdered and my brother died from cancer but god brought me through! God is so good and merciful!!!
