What people on here don’t seem to realize is that he didn’t just make a ‘mistake,’ he brutally beat a woman (biting her ear, choking her, ect) which isn’t a mistake, it’s a reflection of this guys’ sick, twisted, delusional mindset. Like someone else said, it wasn’t just a slap, it was close to attempted murder. And you’re saying if you’re not a fan of his music you shouldn’t care anyway? This doesn’t have anything to do with his music! It’s the fact that he’s just a genuinely bad person who obviously doesn’t understand (or care about) what he did. And for the people who said he’s ‘changed’…what in the world gives you that idea? Just look at his tweets; he’s more concerned with throwing his accomplishments in people’s faces than actually showing appreciation. People who support him are honestly as delusional as he is.

no matter what chris brown did, the bottom line is if you’re not a fan of his you shouldn’t care anyways. don’t buy his music, don’t go to his concerts and don’t glorify him. people are actually still trying to make a case for this when him and rihanna are pretty much back together. so now all of the chris brown haters look and feel stupid. there are no grounds on saying, “oh if it was your daughter or mom you would be upset too.” that’s just the case and point, IT WASN’T!!! this happened to a celebrity. a woman whom obviously can care less about it. so why is that everyone still does? now miranda lambert? that person is like 30 yrs old acting like a child. she needs to stay in her place and continue to do her red neck thing and stop trying to gain attn through chris brown. she is truly pathetic herself especially when she’s known for cheating with a married man causing their divorce. yeah….so nobody is holier than thou. so therefor no one should be casting stones and furthur complicating this young mans life cause at the end of the day, you may hate him while your daughter has his poster in her room!

Rihanna may be acting like shhe forgave him,But who knows what she’s feeling underneath that smile. Do you actually think she feels comfortable hugging somebody who practically attempted murder. If random people are still mad, There’s no way she ISN’T. He BEAT her…So anyone should be able to tell she’s just scared,& is trying to keep her peace so he doesn’t throw another fit & take it out on SOMEBODY ELSE!

Chris Brown on T witter, “HATE ALL U WANT BECUZ I GOT A GRAMMY Now! That’s the ultimate F*** OFF.” Yup, that sounds like a man who is remorseful for what he did and is trying to improve himself and his image. I’m dumbfounded why people, especially women, so easily forgive him and continue to support this entertainer. I would NEVER support ANYBODY, female or male, who has beaten up another human being (maybe, it’s just where I come from is NEVER ok to beat up a female). His T witter rant and his outburst on Good Morning America has shown very little remorse from Chris Brown (look it up, you’ll be shocked or maybe you won’t if you are one who easily forgives a man who beats up another woman). In fact, he sounds upset and bewildered that people continue to bring up the whole beating up Rihanna incident; well, you did beat her up and it is something that is not easily forgotten by many. Just one question for Chris Brown supporters: Would you be as this forgiving if he beat you up or someone close to you?

Get over it. It was 3 yrs ago. Rihanna clearly forgave him as she’s working with him and they are about to get back together. Why should you be more outraged than the woman that actually got abused? Say what you want, Chris Brown makes great music, deserved his grammy win and seems to have learned his lesson. Ppl seems to think his whole career should have ended just because of that one incident and that isn’t fair. The only thing left for him to understand is that ppl will always bring the incident up. He needs to ignore their comments, expect hatred and not react at all / give a scripted response not what he actually thinks.

Lastly, everyone who has posted messages on this page shaming Chris Brown, take a look at the media, they are commingling together in good spirit. If Rihanna has accepted his apology the who else does he to impress. All of your comments are not valid at this point and if it were that bad for Rihanna, why is she sitting next to him and creating a record together. You people need to get a life, none of you are perfect.

The type of behavior Chris Brown exhibits is extremely wrong and should not be accepted by anyone. He should not have been at the Grammy’s in the first place. Having two acts? Now that is pushing it too far.

I find it interesting that Bonnie excused Justin Bieber’s behavior and does not give Chris Brown the same courtesy, given he was also antagonized by fans.

In fact, Bonnie justifies Bieber’s actions, when he should have not responded ignorantly. What if Bieber flipped you the middle finger and told you to f… off, Bonnie?

What Chris brown did to Rihanna is unforgiveable I don’t blame his mother for being upset and she should be some one needs to talk some since into her son about domestic violence and how it is not OK to abuse women I forgive Chris but I will not forget what he did and neither should Rihanna this incident will be apart of her and Chris’s life forever.

chris, you seem to have just as much hate and rage in your comment as your claim of chris brown brutal attack on rhianna. we dont know if he did all you claimed he did or the police said he did because if it were not seen by another person, rhianna would not have reported it! she infact did not want to report it, the police did it. it is a shame what happened and it should not have happened but that was three years ago, and he has done all he asked by 1, admitting he harmed her. 2, taking on the responsibility of doing community service and staying away from her as stated in the order of protection against him. 3, he said sorry several times and has chose to move past this all with a #1 album for which he was awarded for. the awards was not about his personal life as so many want to judge him for, but for his music and his talent which he has a lot of! I am sure many of you have done some stuff you in your life, the difference is he is a celebrity and its on tv. I hope if myself or another person get brutally attacked that same rage you and others have will carry on for us as well! its not up to you or anyone else to say when you or I think he is truly sorry, it was up to the law, the judge and rhianna and they say he is truly sorry! if you hate him so much don’t read or write or support him, but don’t try to ruin this young man life over 1 of many mistakes he will make. if this was his 2 or 3rd time doing something like that, all of you hate would be warrented because then not just you, but we all can see he has issues that need addressing! he is just 22, give him a chance like you would like given to you. and to the osborne kid jack who commented negative about chris brown, I recall you young man have bones in your closet as well! does drug addiction and alcohol addiction ring a bell?

Give him a chance? Are you kidding me. Beating up a woman, no matter how many times, is wrong. I do not care what he is doing now to make up for it, he still brutally attacked her. He did not deserve to win a Grammy at all and the fact that he is shoving it in everyone’s face is also extremely rude and shows his true character.

He doesn’t deserve to be forgiven because he was already an adult when this happened and pumbling a woman is not acceptabe. He is a grown man. He has NO RIGHT telling us to forget about it because an apology is just words. How do we even know he meant it? If we just forget about this, we would all just be as cold hearted as he is. It doesn’t matter if Rihanna already forgave him, it is already done and there is no way to take it all back. I know 11 year olds wiser than him. He is just a bad example to our youth period. If he thinks it’s okay to punch, kick, or even slap a woman, we must remind him it’s the 21st century and sling shot him to a another galaxy!

To Siv, if this boy (no one who beats a woman is a man) were white, yellow, green, or orange, I don’t care. He’s a loser. A loser who beat a woman as horribly as he did. He tried to choke her to death, he threatened to kill her. It wasn’t just a slap, or a punch, he pummeled the hell out of her. She had cuts and bruises all over her body and barely escaped with her life. I have so much to say because no one who does this to a woman deserves a grammy. This says horrible things about the institution of the grammy that they award such a horrible human. And the fact that he is thrusting this grammy in the face of everyone who questions it as if it was his fist in Rhianna’s face makes me feel even more solidly that he doesn’t deserve it. You are the one who needs to get over it. Get over defending a boy who thinks it’s ok to beat a woman. Get over defending a boy who thinks that he’s vindicated now that he has an award for music. You and all of the Chris Brown supporters need to think long and hard about that. He did not, does not, and will not deserve any award until he is truly sorry for the damage he’s done. He may have to say he’s sorry one million times for it to really count, he should start that.

how many times are you going to post a story about chris? how many times are you going to say something hateful to make others hate as well? he owes us nothing! he apologized for it. he did all the court ordered him to do, with excellent reviews from the judge for going above and over his community service. he has been with other women since the incident with re-re and nothing bad happened to any of them. he has worked hard on doing positive things like make a #1 selling album in the eye of his storm. and re-re has forgiven him. a lot of his fans support him. if you don’t like the man, why read, write or say anything about him? you are still making him famous you do know that right? the more you hate the better it is for him. when we f-up, we don’t owe any body anything except ourselves to do better and be a better person. so stop judging this man, who was only 19, a kid himself when it happened. move on, re-re has
with all the cyber bullies out and about it’s a surprise he has not lost it yet, God knows, I would have because we are not perfect and we should not make him feel any worse for what he has done. we have enough celebrities killing themselves over what society thinks is right for them.

See, he keeps looking back and finding nothing but bitterness in his heart. His fans having betrayed him, so why does he spend his breath like this and exposing them to his hatred, when they’ve stuck by him. Don’t ask someone else to let go of the hatred if you aren’t willing to do that yourself. He needs to learn his name is Tobey not Kunta. Maybe if he realizes that all of us will forgive him, until then, his die hard fans don’t need to hear all his negativity. They just want to focus on the positivity he bring to them.

There are people who have done worse in the entertainment industry and has been forgiven for their crimes…..He’s trying to move on and you(society) refuse to let it go so he has a right to be upset…he was arrested, charged, pleaded guilty, went through court mandated anger management, paid a heaft fine what else do you want from him?????

Chris Brown is a moron – with a very bad temper.

The only thing he should be showing is remorse, regret and humility. If he continues to show those things for the next few years, maybe the public will begin to forgive him.

Instead, he chooses to be full of contempt, anger and arrogance.

I agree with you. I love the people on this post who refer to his “mistake”. Indeed, people make errors in judgement and say the wrong thing. People make “mistakes” on their tax returns. However, his “mistake” is serious and reveals a grave problem with this guy. His behaviour was criminal – he could have killed her or caused a severe, irreparable brain damage. In my opinion, he is no better that the rappers that he is referring to. His pompous, righteous indignation does not help matters either. He needs to grow up, shut up and realize that forgiveness is earned, not his right. Perhaps he should take a look at police photos of other violent “mistakes”.
