Chris Brown and Rihanna seem to have rekindled their romance, and it seems that even though their relationship first ended in 2009 due to his vicious assault, it seems as if there is long-term hope for the couple after all!
Chris, 22, and Rihanna, 23, won’t have an easy relationship , but experts say they can make it work. Dr. Jeff Gardere, a contributor to HealthGuru.com, tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that there is hope for this relationship — if this couple is willing to work for it.
“There is a chance for it to be healthy if they engage in counseling while they are going out,” he said. “If they don’t, someone is going to push somebody’s buttons, which could lead to verbal, emotional or physical abuse.”
HollywoodLife.com also spoke EXCLUSIVELY with Dr. Gilda Carle, author of Don’t Bet On The Prince!, who told us that although Rihanna thinks her man has changed, it may be too soon to tell if Chris is completely devoted to his new behavior
“Rihanna feels comfortable with Chris,” she said. “She knows his hot buttons and she trusts that he will be a ‘good boy’ now, after their tumultuous and very public past. Unfortunately, she doesn’t know that abusers tend to sweeten up after their abuse, and often fall back into their same patterns once they’re into the same arms they abused. Sure, Chris might have grown up since that incident, but what therapy did Rihanna have to understand her role in the abuse? I worry for her! It always takes two to have a combustible love affair and each must analyze his or her role. Otherwise, there can be no growth on either person’s part.”

Hey @Kim Porter Rihanna was never at fault she did not do anything to him if she did she would have already came out and said something do not blame her for his stupid actions!!!! He needs to learn not to abuse women and who cares if Chris is with karrueche their not going to last also Rihanna and Chris have gotten along better but have reconciled their relationship I too believe that will have a healthy relationship if they work hard to save it I truly with them the best.
