Bobby Brown will waste no time getting back to work, playing a show at the Mohegan Sun in Conn. following his late ex-wife’s funeral Feb. 18

Only hours after Whitney Houston‘s funeral in Newark, NJ  Feb. 18, Bobby Brown will take the stage with New Edition, the boy band that made him famous. New Edition was on tour in Mississippi when the news of the singers death broke, but he went on to perform anyway.

NBC Connecticut reports, “New Edition resumed its tour without Brown, but he will perform on Thursday night in Maryland, at Mohegan Sun on Saturday and then in Newark, New Jersey on Sunday, according to spokespeople for Mohegan Sun. The Mohegan Sun show begins at 8 p.m.”

Originally, Bobby was planning on taking time to be with his daughter, Bobbi Kristina, during this difficult time, but he’s since changed his mind.

Do YOU think Bobby Brown should continue on tour with New Edition so quickly after Whitney’s passing? Sound off below.

As the world mourns the death of Whitney houston, let each of us mourn for our souls as regards where we will spend eternity. Do we want to spend eternity in heaven or hell? Think about it. Accept Jesus as lord and personal saviour to avoid going to hell. If Whitney rejected Jesus as her lord and personal saviour, then Whitney is in hell right now. Hollywood stars and fans, stop loving worldliness. Start seeking God. You are going to hell if you reject salvation through our lord and saviour Jesus christ.

I was just reading the article about Bobby continuing with his concert after Whitney’s death. I don’t understand how someone could be so ignorant. Not talking about Bobby ! He is mourning, yet under contract. He tried to fininsh his duties. It doesn’t mean that he was heartless. Yes, he should attend the funeral, Whitney will always be a part of him !

Every one grieves different would you rather he be around a bunch of people that don’t like him? like his ex-inlaws that wouldn’t be right nor being alone, staying active might be best for him and his daughter maybe he doesn’t feel strong enough to be there for his daughter (looking like her mother) I’m confident he will come around. With that being said how about you Jesus wanna be’s Get you some business. Let these people mourn in peace.

if bobby brown wants to attend whitneys funeral let him,he did once love her and they share a precious gift of their daughter bobbi. she will need her dad more than she will ever need anyone on this sad day, so yes i believe he should go to pay his last respects for the women he once was in love with, am sure whitney would want him there also to be with their daughter bobbi.

Whitney gained the world, riches, fame, fortune, but sold out her soul to satan. Satan captured her soul and deceived her into drugs and alcohol, which eventually killed her. Whitney was not a wise woman. Whitney died from drugs and alcohol. Whitney fought over a man that would be chasing another prostitute now. Prostitution does not pay. It will lead you to hell fire as Whitney has gone to hell fire. Very sad.

It is very unfortunate that Whitney houston was not a born again child of God at the point of her death. Whitney was a club loving immoral prostitute. Satan deceived Whitney houston to the point of death. Whitney was in bondage to drugs and alcohol. Whitney was an ungodly, ignorant cheap woman. Learn from Whitney mistakes. Stop and abandon drugs and alcohol. Accept Jesus as your lord and saviour. Hell is real. Heaven is real. Whitney is in hell.

I agree with you to a point. Whitney was not a prostitute. How could you speak the truth about Heaven and hell, and then be judgemental. Maybe, before she died, she was able to speak and ask for forgiveness ! You don’t know where she is ! God is so good that even then, she could have been saved !

I am so glad someone else knows God and knows, eternity is not for sinners. Yes it is sad how Whitney died and I hope she did repent before she took her last breath. The bible also tells us not to judge. I am not judging Whitney, the true will set us all free. God is letting everyone know, these hollywood stars are no better than anyone else. You can’t buy your way to eternity either.

GOD is good every day and it is for HIM to choose where Whitney’s soul will reside not you, I do believe you went too far calling her a prostitute among other things. She was human a product of GOD himself are you saying that HE made a mistake????
