Kris Humphries wants to blow the lid on the Kardashian family. A shocking new interview in Life & Style with Kris’ attorney Lee Hutton says Kris wants to sue Kris Jenner for giving Kim special treatment when she was representing them both.
“We’re going to let litigation take its course,” Lee says. “We plan to fully pursue all legal options.”
A source close to the Kardashian camp echoes his feelings: “When you have two clients they’re supposed to be treated equally,” a source says. “It was a conflict of interest.”
We told you that Kris wants to take Kim to court and prove that she knew the marriage would only last 72 days. Sources close to Kris also claim that Kim and Kris didn’t have sex after they tied the knot and he wants to bring that into court as well.

yes he should sue them, when I heard her say she did not want him to bring his stuff, I was like “what”, the smartest thing Scott ever said was “you know you are married”..poor fool he should have never gotten involved with them. Well, you sleep with the devil you will roast in hell.
