The pint-sized star is hanging up her pageant crown for the catwalk now that she has her own fashion line!
Toddlers & Tiaras star Eden Wood made her name in pageants, but now she’s taking the fashion world by storm! “I liked [the fashion show] better than pageants,” Eden told HollyBaby.com exclusively at her From Cradle to Crown book signing at the Openhouse Gallery in Soho on Feb. 13. “It was nice whenever I walked in the fashion show.”
Eden and her mom Mickey Wood premiered Eden’s Sparkle Baby line with Cicciabella on Feb. 12 with a fun fashion show.
“Last night was a big night for little Miss Wood,” explained Mickey. “We premiered the Sparkle Baby line, which is kind of a spin-off of our world of pageantry and the clothes she is known to wear over the course of her ‘long life.’”
“What little doesn’t want to be a princess?” Mickey continued. “It’s very red carpet, special occasions, award ceremonies, but we hope to go into a more boutique line. It’s a representation of who she is.”
And Adria Laxson, the CEO of Cicciabella, thinks Eden makes the perfect spokesmodel. “I think it’s her natural swag that makes her amazing at what she does,” Adria said. “Eden is a character. I always try to describe her, but I can’t come up with any better way than with she’s got swag.”
No matter what venture Eden takes on next, she’s a performer. “I like being on stage,” the 6-year-old said.
