Teen Mom 2 Jenelle Evans Scared Of Former Boss James Duffy

Jenelle’s attorney tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Jenelle is ‘extremely uneasy’ about her former boss James Duffy.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans had a successful court day in Brunswick Country, N.C. on Jan. 9. Her attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollywoodLife.com the two no-contact orders that her former roommates Hannah Inman and Amber Lane had against Jenelle were dismissed. But the good news doesn’t erase the fact that Jenelle has another major problem plaguing her life: Jenelle is fearful of what her former boss James Duffy might do to her.

Jenelle recently charged James with cyberstalking and communicating threats, but as Jenelle waits for the court date of this case, she’s been on edge about what this crazy man might do. “She’s most concerned about her charges against Duffy,” her attorney explains. “She’s feeling extremely uneasy with him. She’s uncomfortable about the whole situation.”

Jenelle temporarily worked for James as his assistant, but quit when he made sexual advances about her. He then posted a slew of scandalous pictures of Jenelle on Twitter showing her making out with her friend Victoria Rhyne and getting crazy at a party.

After the first court date, James legally isn’t supposed to have any contact with Jenelle. Though it’s unsure if he has been following the rules, something must have happened to make Jenelle feel so uneasy.

Her attorney says that the case against James has been continued and won’t be heard in court now until March.

Jenelle’s next major court date is Feb. 13 — where she will face her three most recent criminal charges of communicating threats, making harassing phone calls and a domestic violence protection order violation.

Jenelle is already serving a double probation sentence and these new charges could mean jail time if she’s found guilty. ”Anything can happen and we really don’t know until the day of court,” Dustin explains. “If their witnesses are present and ready to go, I don’t foresee any plea that we would be entering into. We would be requesting a trial.”

Cyberstalking!?! This hozy is such a media tramp that she represents herself like some kind of mom on her social network mediums – she needs to get over herself, get on some medication and get and keep a job. She is violently psychotic. She is nasty as hell and needs to take six showers in the morning before looking herself in the eye in the mirror. She is infectious and gross.
