Is 'Bachelor' Ben Flajnik's Friend Ames Brown Crushing On Ben's Girlfriend?

Ames raves on and on about Ben’s girlfriend Emily O’Brien in a new video blog. What’s going on here?

Ben Flajnik may be dating a slew of women on The Bachelor, but until he’s down to the final one, they are all considered his girlfriends. Well Ben’s friend and former The Bachelorette cast-mate Ames Brown sounds like he’s totally crushing on one of Ben’s women — Emily O’Brien. In a new video on Warner Bros Bachelor fan site, Ames can’t stop singing Emily’s praise.

“This week we got to see a little bit of Emily’s sense of humor after the group date,” Ames gushes in his video. “Her sense of humor is really smart, funny and rye.”

Ames finds Emily sexy. “To me, Emily exemplifies ‘smart is sexy,'” he says. “She’s totally composed.”

“I also thought it was really big of her to come forward and apologize to Courtney [Robertson] in person,” he adds. “So impressive in so many ways.”

BFFs — watch the video below. Do you think Ames is crushing on Emily?

EW. For Emily’s sake, I hope that Ames IS NOT crushing on her. He’s so weird looking. Bleck. And like, super short.

Seriously! I’m so glad someone else pointed out the “rye” misspelling. It amazes me that some of the worst writers actually have jobs writing when other (good) writers like me never get a chance.

If you guys are looking for a smart and rye — I mean wry ;) — blogger, feel free to email me. You can’t do any worse than who you have now….

While Ames DID say WRY, it wasn’t him that typed this post and quoted his video. It was Lindsey DiMattina, which it clearly states at the end of the entry. DERP

UM, YES… so obvious. He is practically begging her to call him. Cute… but remember what happened on Bachelor Pad? Hopeless Romantic.

What about the illiterate dialogue, e.g., “The relationship of she and I”?

It’s wry not rye. Honestly, the lack of proofreading and editing on this blog is offensive. I love the gossip but the grammar mistakes are inexcusable.
