The singer must be glad that she’s no longer married to Russell Brand since she signed her divorce papers with a smiley face!
Katy Perry, 27, and Russell Brand, 36, are officially divorced — and by signing her name with a smiley face, it seems like Katy is pretty happy about that.
The couple of 14 months did not sign a pre-nup, but agreed to split their assets in the divorce settlement. Russell waived his right to the $44 million fortune his future ex-wife made from May 2011 -May 2012 and he will not receive spousal support either, according to The Daily Mail.
Their public split is finally ending amicably – and chart-topper Katy will be keeping her money with a smile!

That’s her signature. She didn’t go out of her way to put that smiley face there just for this one occasion. Its always there, in everything she signs.
