After their latest huge custody battle, Halle now wants to take Nahla away to Europe so she’ll never see her dad again! Is this fair or totally selfish?!?
The bitter battle between Halle Berry and her ex Gabriel Aubry for custody of their daughter Nahla is heating up! Halle is asking the judge for permission to move to France with Nahla and her fiance Olivier Martinez, according to TMZ. But Gabriel’s so upset — he doesn’t want to lose his daughter!
The hearing is pending, but sources say Gabriel is livid. He thinks Halle is just trying to keep him from having any contact with his daughter.
To make matters worse, Halle’s new love Olivier will be living with the mom and daughter if the move is approved.
But Halle might be able to argue that Nahla will be safer in Europe because Halle’s stalker has recently been released from jail.

Halle Berry needs to get over her controlling self. She is acting very immature by continuing to fight her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry. He is apparently trying to be a part of their daughter’s life, but Halle seems to be attempting everything to keep him from her. If I were a judge, I would give custody to Gabriel and allow Halle visitations so she can go ahead and move to France with her beau. I used to love Halle Berry as an actress, but she is losing my vote.
