How Beyonce's Dropping Her 40 Lbs Of Baby Weight

Up at 5 a.m. for two hour workouts, six small meals a day, plus more! All the details on how Beyonce will lose 40 lbs fast!

Beyonce is willing to do whatever it takes to get back to her pre-baby body fast, so she’s doing four weeks of boot camp! According to Star magazine, trainer Marco Borges has moved into her home with Jay-Z and Blue Ivy to lead her intense daily workouts.

Here’s what a source says she’s doing to get in shape:

  • Twice-a-day, two-hour workouts. “Beyonce and Marco are up at 5 a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m.,” says the source. “They do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, of course, dance.”
  • Six tiny high-protein meals a day. “She’s living on protein shakes, egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water,” the source reveals.

And she’s already seeing progress! She’s lost 14 lbs to date and hopes to reach 128 lbs by early March (She weighed almost 170 at the height of her pregnancy, according to the source). “She’s exhausted but totally dedicated,” says the source. “Beyonce’s vowed to have a better body than ever before… and she’s a woman of her word.”

I ask my own clients to keep a diary for
a full year. It’s important to listen to your body and understand when it’s full.

Yeah she will get that pre body back because she was never pregnant. she just gained weight to make it seem like she was.

Honestly, I want to believe that beyonce was pregnant because I’m genuinely happy for anyone who is going to bring a baby in the world . But my only concern is that somethings don’t add up, I’m not talking about the fold in the dress because that happens. I mean why is she so eager to lose baby weight!! That’s the best time to really appreciate a womans body. Just saying she could have atleast waited six months.

And your uterus does not go back in place in month so your stmach can not be that flat in just one month come on now beyonce thinks the whole world is dumb

That is so not true right after i had my daughter i wrapped my stomach tight everyday and my stomach was back flat i just had to workout to tighten up the muscles in my stomach but over all it still was flat!!!

Please beyonce is the same size as when she had that fake baby bump on look at all her pics her arms fase aneck never gain weight im a new real mom 7 month baby girl i gained 35 pounds all over &we all seen the interview if you had a baby in the belly it wouldnt have went flat & i breast feed for 5months it dont make you loose 40 pounds in a month you dont even get the ok to excersize for 6to8 weeks after baby is born ao beyonce is as fake&a lie as her baby bump was
