Robert and his wife welcomed son Exton Elias on Feb. 7!

Better start calling Robert Downey Jr. Iron Dad! The star of blockbuster films Iron Man and Sherlock Holmes and his wife, Susan Downey, are proud new parents to son Exton Elias. Susan, a movie producer, gave birth to bouncing baby boy Exton on Feb. 7. This is the couple’s first child.

“Everyone is healthy and they couldn’t be happier,” a friend of the couple told People.

Robert, 46, and Susan, 38, met on the 2003 set of Gothika. They were married in 2005.

Downey, who will next star in the highly-anticipated big-budget adaptation of The Avengers, also has another son, Indio, 18, from a previous marriage.
