'Teen Mom 2' Preview: Leah Messer Admits To Corey Simms She Cheated On Him

Sun, February 5, 2012 11:54am EDT by 58 Comments

Leah cheated on Corey before their wedding, and on the next episode of ‘Teen Mom’ she tells Corey the truth.

On the first season of Teen Mom 2, Leah Messer admitted she felt rushed into a marriage with Corey Simms. Now in the new episode, she reveals just how far she went — she cheated on him a week before their wedding with her ex Robbie!

Corey confronts Leah about rumors he heard, and she confesses the gossip is true. Corey’s crushed, and Leah admits she was wearing her engagement ring during the hookup.

Corey says he doesn’t know what to do after this revelation, and we don’t blame him!

Looks like this week will be the most dramatic yet!

She lost the best thing that ever happened to her, and she will spent the rest of her life regretting it. It is your fault, Leah. What is wrong with you? How could you cheat a week before marrying your husband?? Corey deserves a much nicer person. No wonder you couldn’t stop giggling during the wedding. The whole thing was a joke to you…

We do have an issue with marriage in the USA but it largely involves the 41% to 46% rate of babies born to the unmarried and the high rate of cohabitation and the instability involved thereof rather than divorce. The divorce statistics are NOT 50% all told– and they are only 13% for the college educated for whatever reason that is.
Also, what is a more disturbing percent than that of divorce is the percent of children who live with cohabitating parents ( half of whose unions tend to disolve within 5 years) —- 29% nationwide, with 8 % of those children having lived thru two or more cohabitations.

That said, the trials and travails of the teen moms on this show do need to be seen in some perspective. There will always be a certain number of unsuccessful unions anywhere, anytime , under any circumstances albeit teens fair much worse than most. I just read a biography of Einstein and although he was 21, 22 ( in 1901) when he met his first love , not a teen, his level of disfunction was up there with the Teen Moms of 2012.

We have a huge moral decline in this country. The divorce statistic between a married couple is 50%. The number of teens having sex before marriage leading to pregnancy, abortion and/or STD’s are astronomical. And their own divorced parents looked at as “role models” makes a young teens’ outlook concerning the sanctity of marriage and moral decency even grimmer.

To young women: A marriage is more than a “fuzzy” feeling during a proposal, a diamond ring to brag over, a pretty dress and a party. It takes work and a lot of maturity (both moral and responsible) patience, perseverance, forgiveness and especially respect for your husband. And a lot of that effort falls on the woman (more than the man) to keep the marriage together when it comes to emotional fortitude. It may not seem fair but they don’t call us “the better half” for nothing.

To young men: As the provider, it’s your responsibility to make sure you are worthy and mature enough to provide for your wife and family. To hold a steady job, make your home into a safe environment but most of all, cherish your wife so you gain the respect that you want in return.

One cannot work without the other, and YES marriage is WORK mutual on both parts. It cannot just happen by itself. Do you realize that it takes at least 10 years of marriage before a couple gains the state of “bliss” that most elderly married couples have! That’s why many divorces happen within 10 years of marriage.

I was dissapointed with both Leah and Corey after watching the series… They BOTH failed. First by even having sex before marriage, and second, both not valuing the sanctity of marriage even before entering into one… now, either they reconcile their differences or they too will become bad “role models” for their children continuing the moral decline in this country.

So before entering into ANY marriage remember on BOTH of your parts:
Love is PATIENT, Love is KIND, Love is NOT JEALOUS or BOASTFUL, it is NOT ARROGANT or RUDE. Love DOES NOT INSIST ON IT’S OWN WAY. IT IS NOT IRRITABLE OR RESENTFUL, IT DOES NOT REJOICE AT WRONG, but rejoices IN THE RIGHT. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, ENDURES all things.

ADDING ON:
I am not singling Corey out as an example so much as giving advice to all young men… but if you want respect, then you must earn it… by cherishing your wife in a way that you would treat fine china that can be easily broken. To treat her with loving patience and care.

I can’t wait until those twins are old enough to se the TV series and see for themselves what a whore bag their mother is. Coery did absolutely nothing to deserve the crap that ugly skank whore put him through. If he does it right those girls will want nothing to do with Leah the skanky slut and want to be with their dad. I grew up in Chicago and we called sluts like Leah a “tool” because that is all they are good for. Use them when you need them then throw them out until the next guy needs to use the tool.

All he did was try and struggle for them. And she just throws herself at he ex? She should be dragged thru the street and have her kids taken away. She has proved she is a bad person and she should have to pay child support to him. She is a horrible person!

Yes men cheat but when you have a good guy who is trying u have to think of what kind of person she is. You are wrong. You should have broke off the engagement when you done that. Sometimes you have to think about things before leaping into something that will blow up in your face later. Boom. You dumb a@@ he!! For hurting your husband and kids. You so selfish you only thought of yourself never about your kids. Wake up its not about you anymore.

I like your comment right to the point. I would say she is a dirty, skanky, hoe bag slut. I would also suggest to the next 500 guys who bang her to make sure they bring their car keys so they can drive out of that hole in case they fall in. Nothing but air there boys.

You not only cheated once it was twice there is no excuse for the action that you have taken. Sorry only goes so far in life. Though sorry is the the strongest words that you can use, “if you have to say sorry that means you shouldn’t have done it “. You used drinking as an excuse. We’re your friends around? If so then there not real friends for letting you go through with cheating. If they were not around, you know if you can or can’t handle alcohol so why drink alone with a male. There is “No Excuse”. You hurt Corey and your children. I hope u understand how hurt he is. A specially since he forgave you the first time. I went through it and it stinks. You need to open your eyes, take care of your children, work hard ,and try hard to make things right in your life.

I know people make mistakes, but Leah is just too young and stupid to know what she has….I’m a 35 year old mom of 2 girls, happily married, and I have NEVER heard of a stand up guys like COREY SIMMS (he gave up everything to become a dad/husband)!!! Corey – of course you love Leah, she and you have two beautiful, precious girls, but you have to think about the future! If you were my son, I would stick by whatever decision you make but hope you see that it is wrong what Leah did, and that you deserve someone that will love and respect you the way you do Leah! I will pray for all of you!

I agree in what you say. Corey has to realize that there are two children involved. Think real hard about the decision he makes. There are up and downs in a relationship, cheating being by far the worst. Corey you two need to sit down and have along talk before you decide to get a divorce. It’s for better or for worst, through thick and then, both of you repeat that too eachother look eachother in the eyes and tell one another you love eachother look deep in the eyes and you will see if your going to exceed.
