Katy Perry On Never Tanning & Her Strict Skincare Regime

In the March issue of ‘Glamour’ magazine Katy calls out girls who say they wake up looking gorgeous and reveals what it really takes to keep her skin looking fabulous.

So what are Katy Perry‘s skincare secrets? First of all, she NEVER tans. Way to go, Katy! Sun protection is so important for your health and the appearance of your skin. You won’t see any sun spots, wrinkles or fine lines on Katy any time soon. Keep reading to see what else she does to save her skin.

Katy says she is “religious” about washing her face before bed and she doesn’t want to hear that other girls roll out of bed looking like movie stars without a stich of skincare products.

“You know those girls who are like, ‘Oh I just wash my face with a bar of soap’? It’s like, ‘You’re a b*tch.’”

Her biggest beauty tip, however, is all about the lips.

“I moisturize my lips with a sea scrub before I got o bed. Then I do a little cocoa butter in the A.M. I prep all day for a good long last on the lipstick front,” Katy explains.

Funny I work at a tanning salon in santa barbara and she came in last month and refused to fill out paper work..haha

whilst excessive tanning might be unhealthy, no tanning whatsoever isnt that healthy either. sure, you might not get as many wrinkles but you might be risking vitamin D deficiency.
