A not-so-shocking new report reveals Kris plans to take Kim to court to prove the marriage was a fraud and that he was used!
Is Keeping Up With The Kardashians about to become a courtroom drama? Reality Weekly is reporting that Kris Humphries “wants the world to know how badly he was duped into this sham of a marriage,” and he’s hoping a public trial with Kim Kardashian will do just that.
Kim and Kris’ prenup states he isn’t allowed to publicly discuss many details of their marriage, including how much money the couple made off their wedding. “But if a judge grants the divorce on the grounds of fraud,” a source explains, “the prenup is void.”
The source insists that Kris really did love Kim, and now he “wants the world to know how badly he was duped into this sham of a marriage.” According to the Reality Weekly report Kris now believes he was slotted into the role of groom, for a big fat Kardashian payday. The wedding raked in $19 million according to some reports: $ 15 million for the tv specials, $3.5 million for selling photos and $450,000 in product placements.
“Kris feels he was set up by the Kardashians. He wants to be able to tell his side, ” says the insider. ” When he married Kim, he thought it was forever, but he realized Kim wasn’t in love with him and now believes he was merely a prop,” the source tells the magazine.
Khris hopes by proving the marriage was a fraud in court, that he’ll be free to speak out because his pre-nup which includes a confidentiality agreement, can be torn up.
“Kris knew he was going to look like the bad guy on Kourtney and Kim Take New York, but it’s so blatant and over-the-top, it’s just cruel ,”says the source.

The wedding was a sham, and they manipulated and deceived Kris Humphries big time! They slandered his good name, humiliated him, deceived him, not only on the show, but the repercussions have been brutal! He is mocked and laughed at where he plays professional basketball by fans and by media and sports commentators!! He has been the laughing stock of 2011 and continues in 2012.. He deserves for Kim Kardashian to state the truth and admit that the wedding was a fraud!! He clearly was the only one in love with this woman, she played him like she does her Ken Barbie Doll!!! She rushed into the marriage knowing that she didn’t want to marry him, then she entered into the marriage fraudulently!!! Kris is real nice guy, and we didn’t get to see the real him…we got to see him portrayed the way Kim Kardashian, Kris jenner, and the rest of the Kardashian family and producers wanted him to be portrayed!! Kris Humphries should sue them and let all this Kardashian crap out so the world can see just how shady they really are. Anyone that still has the audacity to makes excuses for this woman and her family is so brainwashed that i truly feel like you need help. Wow! i just finished reading every1s comments. I have to say Im not a hater of the family. I just think Kim just needs to make better decisions. Yes, if any1 of these people who commented ABOUT how this family is about $$$, Im sure if you all were in their shoes, you’d do the same. Yeah, $$$ talks! OF course! And yes, they want money! who doesn’t!
Kris is fine without her. Get you’re divorce. Kim, you’re fine without him 2. Get your divorce and just really think about what you have done. Unfortuantely her life is always the spotlight, everything that she does the world knows and sees. All i can say is Kim, take time away from the show. Get your life together and think about what and how you want to portray yourself to look like in front of cameras the next time you come out doing the show.
I feel bad for Kris. He probably really love her, for a moment. But I do have to also say, that Kris Jenner does like to control her family and get in their lives. Not good Mama. You are probably the cause of their divorce Mama cuz Kris H wasnt letting you control him. Kris H even said it himself on an episode. That the Kardashian family has Scott and Bruce doing what they want and not what the men want. And Kris H wasn’t having it. He said it himself. So it’s all about control in that family but most of all The Mama, Kris Jenner.

Kris Humphries claims regarding the annullment ring true. The man has not spoken and still the truth comes out.
And judging by the hard sell to discredit this man with no real back up or sketchy facts from kim’s PR below my post, shows me how fearful K and Kamp are of exposure the annullment will bring.
If Kris Humphries died tomorrow, it would never change public opion about her. So PR, you can’t change that by victimizing the victim. Give up, it’s not going to happen. Kim is responsible for her own downfall, not Kris.

Two people who feel in love at one point in their lives. Took this huge step in what we call “Marriage”. Probably should have taken some Pre-marital counseling before but hey I guess money and time was a factor to get the wedding aired. Anyhow, now your’re headed down this road for “Divorce”. It’s definetly not an easy process but do realize that by not seeking help professionally to make your marriage work makes a person look weak. A marriage should end with every possible course of action taken to make it work. It takes two to go through this not just one. I hope your divorce ends in agreement where both if you are able to move forward with a lessoned learned.

That lame show let viewers see the real Kris H. He’s a jerk & thought that family made him entitled. He will always be a so-so NBA player whom nobody knew of until he met KK. Im confused. How is he an attention whore? Or do you mean she is an attention whore? How many interviews has Kim done trying to garner sympathy for herself and telling everybody how she didn’t get her fairytale? There is Live with Kelly and those two australian shows and Im sure many more to come. On the other hand, when Kris was asked about it on GMA he changed the subject, he was a gentlemen and respectful enough to not speak about their failed marriage and instead geered his answers to BASKETBALL. HE HAS YET TO SPEAK ABOUT IT, he continues to focus on basketball. Second, Kris left for MN without the cameras and seemed perfectly fine living without them. Actually, Kim had to convince him to go back to NY to live Kourtney, Scott, and Mason in front of the CAMERAS! So, it’s Kim who cant seem to keep her big a$$ mouth shut and continues to whine how she didn’t get her fairytale to anybody who will listen. Kris, just continues to play basketball and not say a word about her and their failed marriage. And that is why I went from a Kim fan to a Kris fan at the end of this season!
