A not-so-shocking new report reveals Kris plans to take Kim to court to prove the marriage was a fraud and that he was used!
Is Keeping Up With The Kardashians about to become a courtroom drama? Reality Weekly is reporting that Kris Humphries “wants the world to know how badly he was duped into this sham of a marriage,” and he’s hoping a public trial with Kim Kardashian will do just that.
Kim and Kris’ prenup states he isn’t allowed to publicly discuss many details of their marriage, including how much money the couple made off their wedding. “But if a judge grants the divorce on the grounds of fraud,” a source explains, “the prenup is void.”
The source insists that Kris really did love Kim, and now he “wants the world to know how badly he was duped into this sham of a marriage.” According to the Reality Weekly report Kris now believes he was slotted into the role of groom, for a big fat Kardashian payday. The wedding raked in $19 million according to some reports: $ 15 million for the tv specials, $3.5 million for selling photos and $450,000 in product placements.
“Kris feels he was set up by the Kardashians. He wants to be able to tell his side, ” says the insider. ” When he married Kim, he thought it was forever, but he realized Kim wasn’t in love with him and now believes he was merely a prop,” the source tells the magazine.
Khris hopes by proving the marriage was a fraud in court, that he’ll be free to speak out because his pre-nup which includes a confidentiality agreement, can be torn up.
“Kris knew he was going to look like the bad guy on Kourtney and Kim Take New York, but it’s so blatant and over-the-top, it’s just cruel ,”says the source.

Personnaly, i am 100% sure the marriage was fake…
Kim, is a slut, by watching the show, i could only see the words she keeps repeating “Do You like my new dress?Am i pretty? How do i look?” She only thinks about herself, and dthe people who protect Kim are wrong, beceause they believe in the show and not in the fact that Kim only thinks about money, she knows theres a camera guys,so she acts as if she is the heroine and that her ex-husband, kris will look like a bad guy, Kris deserves some credit, he does that for revendge, and he doesnt want to be treated like a puppet. As for kim, she only wants fame, and such, she even set up the marriage thing just to look awesome and show the public her dress… Indeed the marriage was fast And it is indeed suspicious, you will guess something if you think clearly…
