An insider close to Ashton Kutcher tells HollywoodLife.com the actor is deeply worried about his estranged wife and is staying ‘very close to the situation.’ Do you think he should have flown back to help her?
It’s hard to believe Ashton Kutcher was really concerned about Demi Moore‘s breakdown since he was tweeting photos from his Brazilian vacation and hanging out with models as she was in the hospital, but a friend of his assures us the 33-year-old actor only has Demi’s best interests in mind.
“Ashton is concerned and is willing to do anything he can to help her out, even if it means not bothering her or reaching out during this tricky time,” the insider tells HollywoodLife.com.
In fact, our source seems to believe Demi, 49, wants nothing to do with Ashton as she is in treatment recovering.
“He wants to accept and honor her wishes,” the source says, adding, “But he is monitoring the situation very closely and is figuring out how to help her while not disrupting her treatment.”
Ashton and Demi recently separated after six years of marriage and Demi spiraled out of control. She reportedly had a seizure Monday night caused from inhaling Whip Its and was put in a treatment center to recover from anorexia, exhaustion and substance abuse.

There is no reason for him to do anything. They are no longer a couple. They each need to go on with their own life.
Demi needs to stop trying to act like a twenty-somehing or thirty-something. It’s great when people try to take care of themselves and look as good as possible. But you cannot change you age. And partying with your kids like you’re their sister instead of their mother is not the answer. When you consider how she has acted since the split, it looks like the reason she wanted Ashton in the first place was to try to hold on to her youth. Wake up and smell the coffee. You are middle-aged. Get over it.
