There may not be anything illegal about Miley Cyrus‘ latest photo scandal, but it’s sure to stun many of her younger fans — while making her older fans blush! TMZ has obtained photos of Miley chowing down suggestively on an erotic cake at Liam Hemsworth‘s 22nd birthday party, which was held Jan. 22 at Club Icon in Los Angeles.

Though not proven in any photos, TMZ also claims there was quite a bit of drinking going on at the celebration.

Leave Miley alone. This is just a cake. Folks, she has 19 years, is no longer a child. She just wants to have fun like any other teenager the same age as her, hanging out with friends, with her boyfriend. How come whenever theres a Miley or Selena post people feel the need to compare them? They are two comepletey different people with completely different personalities’ and very different careers and takes on the “industry”. Its like comparing Marylyn Monroe to Audrey Hepburn. The only thing they have in common is that they were both once on the Disney channel. It’s been a long time since Miley has been called a slut for the things she does. Even this photo I wouldn’t say it’s slutty or that shes perverting the minds of her young fans. Does she even still have that young of fans? HM has been off the air for years. I would say its over the top and a little bit trashy which seems to fit the persona Miley wants to give off (whether or not thats really who she is i have no clue it’s just my perception of how she handles herself in the media) To me this photo is very Dolly Parton of her. It takes a lot of money to look that cheap.

If this was Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, or Katy Perry, people wouldn’t even have a problem with it. But because it’s Miley Cyrus, people will call her a slut and a bad role model. I’m a mother and regardless if my daughter was famous or not she would not have this type of cake it’s just nasty, one more point if her friends knew the type of cake why wouldn’t they have it to where the paparazzi could not take a photo or her friends to leave their cellphones and cameras at the front door check
