There may not be anything illegal about Miley Cyrus‘ latest photo scandal, but it’s sure to stun many of her younger fans — while making her older fans blush! TMZ has obtained photos of Miley chowing down suggestively on an erotic cake at Liam Hemsworth‘s 22nd birthday party, which was held Jan. 22 at Club Icon in Los Angeles.
Though not proven in any photos, TMZ also claims there was quite a bit of drinking going on at the celebration.

I think you people need to leave her alone there’s nothing wrong with the birthday cake she just has a sense of humor and as far as her clothes go I’ve seen much less on the little teenagers that walk around in the summer time
