Still wearing his wedding ring, Seal says he’ll ‘never say never’ to a reconciliation.

Seal continued his album promotion (slash separation explanation) tour Jan. 24 with an appearance on CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight, where he admitted it’s possible that he and Heidi Klum won’t divorce after all. “I love her with all my heart,” he told Piers Morgan. “How can you not love somebody who you have just spent eight years with?”

“You can never say never,” he added when asked if he and Heidi could reconcile. “I can’t speak for my wife, and I’m not going to sit here and B.S. you and say we haven’t had problems. Of course we have had problems. Otherwise, why have we split up?”

But even though he performed “Let’s Stay Together” on Ellen earlier that day, Seal sang a very different tune to Piers.

“I don’t know, at this point, if I would like to get back together,” he admitted. “If it were that easy, we would still be together, that is the reality.”

As for his wedding ring, Seal said he has no plans to take it off anytime soon.

“It stands for respect, it stands for loyalty, it stands for incredible memories, and it stands for these four little miracles — and Heidi making five — that have come into my life over the past eight years,” he said.

So, to recap: Seal still loves Heidi, he won’t take off his ring, and he won’t say no to a reconciliation — so then why is he unsure of whether or not he wants to get back together with her?
